Great product. I wanted to send to a family member but was unable to do that on your site. I had to purchase and have mailed to me and then to my family member.
Updated to 5 star due to being contacted within 5 hours stating they will look into being able to deliver product to a different address then your own, that is great customer service.

I had a great experience with CTEK's customer support team. They initially sent the wrong item, but what really stood out was how quickly they took ownership of the mistake and made it right. Dan Lucas, their retail specialist, was especially impressive. He responded promptly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and ensured the correct item was shipped without delay. Made the entire situation smooth and stress-free. They have earned a customer for life.

I purchased the MXS 5.0 chargers and received excellent support both during the ordering process and when using the product after delivery.
To date, I can confirm that the charger performs well, as I have used it on my Porsche.
Customer support has been extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions and needs.
I strongly recommend purchasing and using CTEK products.

I contacted Ctek on my problem that my battery maintainer wouldn't work right that I bought 10 years ago. The agent called me on the phone, and he resolved my problem within two minutes of our conversation. They are a very good quality battery maintainer I own about 10 of them. And I recommend them all the time to my friends and family, as they are the best maintainers to keep your battery charged up throughout the year.

I recently purchased a CTEK MXS 5.0 Battery Charger to top up the starter battery on my self charging hybrid car.
I had a couple of queries using it for the first time and contacted their Support Team - who were very helpful and clarified.
Very happy with the product and the support/service received. They answered all the queries/clarifications I had.

I liked the fact it had a timer but the timer is not accurate. It may show 2 hours left to charge and it can be 4 or more hours to complete charge. Model CS ONE (GEN 2).

Charger arrived quickly, & I was able to put it right to use. I plan to be trying it on a number of applications, but so far so good!

I had purchased a D250SE in 2022 and it has worked very well. I experienced an almost total battery drain due to an appliance left on. After recharging the battery the D250SE malfunctioned. The service tech Leo was super patient and advised me through out the repair attempt. The unit could not be repaired so a replacement has been shipped. I'm amazed and thankful to know of this company, CTEK. And will certainly use again when needed!

I purchased a CTEK MXS 5.0 to recondition the accessory battery in my 2008 Mercedes Benz SL550. I missed the little print at the bottom of the page with the description of the various charging programs that states how long each stage takes. I went to the web site and received a reply within 2 days that answered my question. My charger was on the third stage which can take up to 20 hours. When I responded to Leo at CTEK I asked if there was a way to purchase another eyelet connector so that I could more easily charge both batteries in the car. Leo said they would send me another eyelet connector at no cost. This is a company that backs up its products and timely responds to customers questions. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

I chose this ctek booster/charger because it ticked all the boxes for my needs, universal connections/ strongly manufactured/ compact design& useful carry case. I did encounter a minor fault with it but,( not serious or dangerous ), ctek promptly posted a replacement to me at no cost to myself,
