I have just passed my SSSTS course under CST Training. I am very satisfied with the program of the course and the tutorial. The tutor Dean Wilson was excellent in any aspect, making sure all delegates understood the theory and the practice of the course.

Administration should be as good as tutor.
Success. It depends on the whole system you are dealing with. The most important part is tutor. Lucky we got Mr Gavin Bricklebank as our tutor. He is honest, hardworking and delivers his lectures, briefings and introduction to the course in an actively manner. It means that when he is speaking, candidates absorb the knowledge instead of sleeping.
Apart from Tutor, other important aspect is "Admin" of the institution of CST Training which is not very active in my case. I passed my HSA (Health and Safety Awareness) course on 24/07/2026 for CSCS Labourer Card but it was not showing up on CITB Checker until yesterday 3/08/2026. I am still waiting to see it on CITB Checker. Administration process is very slow.
