A couple of years back they send my bills to the correct address even though I had updated it.
They sent the case further to the collectors office (kronofogden), I explained the whole situation and they said that I wouldn't have to pay for the bill from kronofogden, so I paid the first official bill thinking everything would be fine. But they never called back the bill from the collector, so I had to pay that one as well plus and extra charge, since I didn't pay their first bill.
They do everything they can to get you in trouble

First they help you to get a loan and then when you can not pay back they send you to the court and they destroy your credit score they have zero understanding the worst company in Sweden

In recent weeks we had a need for front windshield with cameras to replaced.....2021 Ford F-150.
we had the pleasure dealing with Mr. Martin and his expertise was very helpful to us...Mr. Martin took the time to explain the procedure and assured us that if we had any further questions/needs to contact him.
To our surprise the truck was washed perfectly cleaned.....but to our amazement the inside interior was absolutely detailed and looked like new....what a wonderful experience.....definitely would recommend this establishment and Mr. Martin to anyone.

Batman and Amati very very disappointed

CSN truly has the WORST customer service i have ever come across. They are useless, appalling, and downgrading disgusting individuals who has not got a clue about customer service and should all be fired.
CSN doesn't even deserve this 1 star, if i could give 0 i would. By far the worst ever company i have dealt with, and regret ever associating with the. You contact them and get the same response from there 5 brainless advisors, its exactly like someone on here write below, like they have automatic replies or robots responding to their emails. It is actually dragging and tiring dealing with them and you realise once you spoken to one of them your problem has gotten bigger and not easier and you wasted 30 mins on phone without any resonable solution. They are selfish B*strds, who like many others have said, do not take into consideration peoples situations or even the fact the whole world is in a pandemic right now, you could be dying on the street for that matter, and they would still ask for their 600kr back a month, absolutely vile behaviour.
I will never recommend them and regret every minute wasted writing to them, and believe me i will make sure i leave bad reviews around the world about them, so not only people in and from Sweden, but around the world would understand that their behaviour, attitude and 'service' is not humanly acceptable.
