This website is 100% a scam. We paid for a test and waited for a confirmation which they said would come within 48 hours. The confirmation never came and they didn't respond to any emails or text messages.

They sent a text message asking for documents but never replied to our answer.

We have disputed our transaction on PayPal.

This company is a scam! Their customer service is nothing to write about, they always answer calls with attitude. The frustrated me to the point I gave up. I don't know why UKVI/Immigration recommends this company.

Be aware this is a SCAM company. Just wasted 177.50. B1 test

Booked and paid for a test which I never got a time confirmation. Horrible costumer service who refuses to explain. Still wait for the refund of my money. Should definitely not be recognized by UK Gov and put to court. There must be action taken about it!

Doesn't even deserve a single star. Most horrible worst language and exam company. I wonder how fake certificate? Government should take them to court. You pay for exam and you don't get any response..no return call no confirmation. If you book you exam in first of agust 2021 I'm sure it it on 2029 on Mars. We should join together and take this company and the also person to the majesty court for punishment and compensation

Absolutely Disgusting Service, the level of unprofessionalism is something I’ve never experienced in my life!
I booked and paid the test 8 weeks in advance but I never received a confirmation email so I unsuccessfully started chasing the school by phone, whatsapp and email and I was either ignored or dismissed when I spoke to someone. On the day I was due to attend the test, I received a whatsapp message telling me not to attend and they asked me to call the next day to rebook it (they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me after they messed things up). I tried calling but no one answered. I regret so much using CSLearning, if I could give them a minus score I would.

Beware snd stay away ghey take your money and test date and no refund unless you fight it through paypal especially the rep called Karim stay away from them and every one should write to the home office and let them know so they can take the licence of them .i had to book another test with Trinity college is straight forward and no extra charge lije CSL they charge extra 27.99 .
Im warning you please stay away and warn others in every sicial media place yo expose them .

Appalling service. No contact, no refunds. Stay away. How UK GOV can recommend such an unreliable service is beyond me.

Took my money and didn't return it, beware PayPal didn't refund it, as the site refused to pay back.. do not use it
