I ordered a computer on November 30. it said between 8-10 working days I would receive my computer, now we are on working day 19 since the order, close to twice as long waiting time. I have contacted them many times because I had to play in a csgo tournament on the 22nd of December. I was recommended the company by a friend, but I must honestly admit that I am disappointed. I could understand if the delay was 2-4 days, but twice as long delivery is too bad.

Smooth experience - starting from browsing the site (nice autodetection of compatibility issues between components) until the use of the device.
No issue about the product, payment or delivery.
Packaging adequately protected the desktop and desktop meets expectations.
Delivery was slightly late compared to advertised timeframe but no big deal.

I received my PC correctly, good delivery time (5days but can take more or not 🤷🏼‍♂️)

The PC was in a good shape, good cable management and also my Graphic Card (RX 7900 XT) was attach so all good for the shipment! (France)

You also have a chat support on Messenger so you can have any information that you need !

I purchased a fully built computer with a 4080 for 3400€ in early December, waited one month to receive the order : it was a bit longer than advertised but fine.
I received the computer the 05/JAN/2023 and noticed it wasn't working (4 bips when turning it on).

The computer was promptly sent back following their customer service advice, and damaged during the transport despite sending it exactly as received.

CSL denied the warranty as the computer was damaged : the graphic cards and more components are fully broken and it should now be my responsibility.

I am extremely unhappy about the situation as I end up with no computer, 3400€ lost and in a multiple months procedure with no end.

Very fast delivery, even though I live abroad. Communication via mail and via chat was helpful and quick. Unfortunately, I had to return an item, which was reimbursed without much hassle. Overall a very positive experience.

Last update: They have solved my problems. It took quite some waiting and effort from my side sadly, but the pc seems to work now for a few weeks already, fingers crossed for it to keep this way.


Update: today I finally received the pc, to find out that packaging was not up to standard, and during assembly they have bended my pc case :(. Furthermore, they have not returned my powercable that I send with it.

Why do you make life harder for your customers?

My experience resonates with many people here.

I have bought a prebuild pc, and within 3 days the CPU gives out. Only thing I ran so far is install windows OS and word. I called, followed their support steps, didn't solve the issue. They tell me to send it back and it's been a month now. The whole purpose was to use the PC for my university research, well now my work is delayed heavily and I'm having losses. Everytime I call I get a new excuse, mostly that they are moving. I payed a lot of money and can accept that failure can happen. Just stop lying about the date every time I call and send me what I payed for. When I asked them to send me a new pc or refund my money, they said they will not do so. Absolutely unfriendly and unreliable, would not recommend the hassle.

Purchased a pre-built PC with upgraded GPU, ram, storage, etc. on October 12th, 2021. It wasn't a cheap purchase, as I need a powerful PC for the content creation I do online. While browsing which products to buy, it stated this specific PC would be shipped within 3-5 business days. After paying for my PC, I instantly received an email stating my order would take 8 business days to ship. No problem. I can wait.

The 9th business day rolls around and I call CSL and the customer support agent says:

"Oh, all PC orders take 10 business days to ship."

Huh? Strange, I didn't receive an email or anything to update me on the new policy. Oh well, I'll wait.

At the end of the 10th day, I receive an email stating my order is being delayed an additional 3 business days. I get upset and write an email asking if they are having problems with building or shipping my PC. They respond back saying they will ship my PC within the next 3 business days and completely ignore my questions on if they are having any issues.

It has been 4 business days later, and once again I call CSL and the customer support agent tells me the company has been in the process of moving locations, meaning they haven't been building ANY orders during this time.

I'm extremely frustrated. Not only is my order insanely late, but they blatantly lied to me several times on when they would ship my PC.

Just be honest. They may be clients, customers, or whatever word you want to use but we are people. Be upfront and honest with what issues you are having.

As a content creator, I'll be sure to create a product review video and I'll definitely talk about the shipping issues, especially because I was lied to via phone and email about when my order would be shipped.
Let's hope the PC is built well and working correctly when it eventually arrives.

TLDR; Ordered a PC that stated it would take 3-5 business day. That turned into 8 days, then 10 days, then an additional 3 business day delay. Now the month is almost over and there is no confirmation on my order being shipped.

Hey. So i’m experiencing a problem right now. I have a csl mini pc model CSL18006/58756. It’s a fast mini pc and is very great. But for some reason, yesterday, it wont turn on. I unplugged the power cable and put it back on again, usually it has a red light before it turns blue if u press it. This time though, not even a red is on. I checked the cable, it works on the other csl pc. I’d like to know, what is up? The cable seems do be doing fine snd the pc is doing fine ss well, running fast. It’s just so sudden. Could the reason why this happened be that sometimes, my sister forgets to turn off the pc and it stays on whole day and whole night? Does that hurt it? Or is it the random loss of electricity? Or is it because I soemtimes switch out its csble power?

Bought the PC on Thursday and i got it on next Tuesday. No damage, insane performance thank you. (Shipped to Hungary)
