Quick & Professional.
I managed to put a nail through a pipe when fixing a squeaky floorboard!!
Emailed company late evening. CS Heating called early next day arranged for a plumber that morning!
Michael arrived fixed the pipe,no fuss, no messing around a true professional. Thank you very much .

So efficient and organised - we needed a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate promptly and they were straight on the case. We will definitely use them for all our properties in their area going forward. Great service

I was very pleased with the completed repair, as our bathroom toilet was now operating efficiently and effectively. However, since one of the necessary parts was unavailable, a second visit was required with a different engineer. Both engineers were helpful. We were pleased with the quality of the repair.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom and it has been admired by all our visitors.

Dean and everyone else who worked on our refurbishment were very proficient, nothing was too much trouble and they left the bathroom clean and tidy every day.

We would have no hesitation in recommending C&S for any similar bathroom projects.

The team started by having great patience with us choosing a new bath. The quote was reasonable and the organisation between the bath supplier and CS as the fitters, was perfect and made life very easy. On the day the work was done professionally, excellently and the finish was superb. A return visit to complete the work was needed and this was arranged straight away and also carried out brilliantly. We are so thrilled with the result and the finish and care taken was superb. All staff were really friendly, professional and courteous. We would highly recommend CS H&P for any bathroom changes, or fittings. Thanks team.

We are really happy with the result of the work done on our persistently leaky shower. We were extremely impressed by Lee’s work, which was thorough and painstaking. We are confident that this, the third attempt during our seven year long quest to cure the leak, will be successful. This week has been quite an experience albeit a very satisfying one with CS Heating & Plumbing.
I needed a heating company to ensure that my boiler and plumbing was taken care of on a regular basis and after reading some of the reviews on CS I decided to contact them. Right from the start I knew I had chosen the right company from the first phone call which was answered immediately by Emma who was friendly, considerate and professional.
An assessment visit was arranged and then carried out professionally and on time by Andy. There were a few works that were needed to bring the system to the required level of acceptance, and this was arranged for just two days later with Michael who again arrived well within the given time, and he was really helpful and explained exactly what he would be doing. Another really good experience which made me feel my heating was in good hands. Professional but caring.
Everything done within the week and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience of this company. Just wish we could have this sort of service from other businesses.

Andy was a lovely helpful engineer

We were informed of arrival beforehand and work done well

We employed CS Heating for 3 separate plumbing jobs. Day 1: Engineer 1 arrived to do the first job (replacement of the Basin and bath waste piping in the bathroom). The work was completed and I was told it had been tested and that everything was fine. Having later tried the basin and bath, there were 2 separate leaks dripping water on to the floor.

Day 2: Engineer 2 arrived to sort it out. Said that it “probably just needed a bit more glue” ! The work was completed and I was told it had been tested and that everything was fine! Having then tried the bath and basin later, the leaks were still there.

Day 3: (after complaining to CS Heating), Engineer 3 came. He identified the source of the leak (plus 2 others that I had not noticed !) took out ALL the new piping (that Engineer 1 had done) and replaced it. Tested it, videoed it and explained the work. Completely different skill levels, interaction and (touch wood) , everything is fine now.

Day 4: Engineer 4 came to do the 2 other pieces of work. Engineer 4 was EXCELLENT. Skilled, experienced, meticulous and did a fantastic professional job.

Based upon Engineers 3 and 4, I would have given CS Heating 5 stars but based upon Engineers 1 and 2, I would have given 1 star (in fact probably 0 stars for Engineer 2!) so.. 3 Stars seems fair. Given the seemingly random quality I would have to think carefully as to whether to trust the company with further work. After the issues we had, I had expected a follow up call from CD Heating but, instead, just received an automated invoice (no reduction offered for the extra hassle we had for job 1) together with a request for Trustpilot feedback… this is it!

CS Heating & Plumbing were professional, reliable and efficient from the moment I contacted them about unblocking and replacing our toilet, a job which many other local plumbers wouldn't touch due to the age of the pipework. The staff were all very friendly and explained everything clearly and the work was carried out with great care. I would certainly recommend them to anyone else needing plumbing work done.

I’m not sure of the name of the guy who fixed our radiator but he was so kind and did a such a good job and I appreciate it. The first time he came his van broke down in our car park and felt so guilty he had to wait around but the second time he fixed our radiator he was so quick and efficient- so thank you. Sorry I didn’t get your name 😊

Phoned C S Heating & Plumbing, (after having a plumber come out twice to fix a leak) in no time Rob arrived who checked out the leak I had, he isolated the leak, as it was a bigger job than we thought, next day John arrived, and where I thought it was going to be a complicated fix, with johns outstanding knowledge and experience did the job, he was so approachable, explaining all he was doing, cleaned up everything after him, was so grateful, will certainly recommend to friends and family. The engineer who serviced our boiler was very efficient, extremely competent and knowledgeable. As well as this he had a very friendly manner and was neat and tidy with the work he completed. Well done CS!

As always this company provided an exemplary service at a very fair price. I wouldn't consider looking elsewhere for any of my plumbing or heating needs. The help from CS Heating&Plumbing, in my opinion is second to none.

From start to finish, the process was excellent.
The person providing the quotation was very knowledgeable and carried out a thorough inspection of our existing system. He was able to suggest various alternative options and explained the pros and cons of each. He gave us great confidence that he understood our requirements and that CS Heating would do a good job.
The installation engineer was equally knowledgeable, arrived on time each day and worked incredibly hard throughout. He kept us fully informed of what he was doing and treated both us and our home with respect.
Although we had no personal contact with the team “back at base”, they clearly worked hard to support the engineer onsite (supplying equipment and materials) and to provide a good admin and finance service.

Rob was awesome, identified the issue, got it sorted and explained exactly how to use the new thermostat.
Friendly and professional, he’s an asset to the company!
