Saw a property to rent on Zoopla, sent a message through Zoople to Crystal&Co to ask if pets are allowed as the advert doesn't say, no response. Called 2 days later (Satursay) and was told the person dealing with that property was off til Monday and they would call me back. Left it til 10 mins before they closed on Monday to call again, no record of me calling the first time, person I need to speak to is on a call but will call me back first thing in the morning, never called. How do they expect to rent out homes if they don't respond to people who are interested.

Do not ever use these agents. We have had 2 x properties with these. They are behind with the rent by several month's. They have lots of excuses as to why they have not paid. That is if they answer your calls. I would not want anyone else to go through what we have and are still going through. Started as Crystal and now call the letting side Vantage. Now going down the legal route.

If you are a landlord this agency works in your favour. As a tenant it won’t I’ve lost money, due to paying out in hotels due to leaky roof, I’ve been electrocuted by my landlords appliance a washing machine which was then replaced by myself due to going a month and half without one. Gas leaks, threats from the estate agent stating kick my door down and remove my belongings from the household, also never received information of where my deposit was held and never have been told after asking several times. I also have a cooker which been faulty for two years & doesn’t cook well, this been reported to be ignored. Personally awful to rent off these people so would avoid at all cost, I’m also happy to provide things needed to back these claims
