Unresponsive to urgent calls for help
i wrote in on Sun, Jan 11, to ask for urgent assistance. the heading of my email was [URGENT HELP NEEDED]. that was more than 2 and half months ago and never got a reply. Now they are chasing me because my payment method has failed, but i don't see why i should update my payment method if i got absolutely nothing out of it.
Update as of 18 April 2026: Cryptonary has claimed they could not locate my email. For identification, my account is associated with Discord username "PLURILANG" and an email address starting with "kaygee…". I am happy to provide full details privately.
I have made multiple attempts to reach support over several months without resolution. I would appreciate direct contact to resolve this matter.

I have reviewed our inbox and see no email from a person with your name. We respond to all genuine emails we recieve, and have 24/7 coverage. However, we do also recieve spam where people ask for funds using similar subject headings, so it may have accidently been missed.

Aura was an asset we highlighted to our community when it was in its infancy. It outperformed the market for months, and many members saw insane profits! (We always recommend taking profits as an asset appreciates in price).
We are extremely transparent in highlighting that it is a memecoin, and if anyone choses to invest that they need to consider this and not go in heavy. Even with this approach, a small amount of ones portfolio has the potential to yield great returns.
We have also discovered multiple other great performing tokens over the years, and unfortunately, there does come a time where price 'resets'. No asset is immune to this. That's why we perform macro analysis as well as technical analysis, as it highlights upcoming headwinds the market may face.
When the overall market struggles with maintaining traction, it is usually memecoins that will be biggest hit, which reinforces realising profits on the way up.

For clarity, we do not claim to predict guaranteed returns. Memecoins are highly volatile, and we ensure everyone is aware of this. We've stated on numerous occasions that whilst they have the potential to yield significant returns (if your pre-investment analysis is accurate and you time your entry point right), you should never commit a significant fraction of your portfolio; they remain a high-risk play for anyone who invests.
Our role is to highlight where we spot such opportunities, share our research, and discuss market momentum in real time with our community.
Many discussions take place live with our community on Discord, where everyone can see in real-time where projects are first mentioned and monitor how they evolve.
Members were actively engaging with us on Discord when we were discussing wif, spx, popcat, aura, etc., before we even published our official report, and before they gained wider traction.
As mentioned above, we publish dated reports and market breakdowns on said assets. Although the reports may lag slightly behind our initial member awareness (as it takes a little time to compile our detailed research into a digestible report), they also support in providing a transparent record of our research and commentary. Our members can verify the timeline of when certain assets were first discussed (on Discord and through our reports) and the context in which they were shared.
That said, we understand that expectations and interpretations can differ, and we take all feedback seriously. If you’re open to it, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and review any specific examples you feel were misleading. Cryptonary give these buy signals and post about how a token is in the perfect buy phase right now.... then you buy and with AURA for example it has dropped 84% since they were posting about buying.
But everytime with all their fails (most of their calls) they just say "oh , we spoke about this briefly once 2 years ago, so we are up by 2627868% .... while everybody and anybody who listened to their buy signal is down by thousands of dollars.
They dont own their constant losses, they claim to als9 have these big x's but they are just talking out their backsides trying to get subscriptions. Honestly, I rate them a 0

I have reviewed our members' database and see that your account has been inactive for over a year, which was before we even spoke about AURA.
So, I'll assume that you are using our social media as your primary source of information.
Naturally, it is our members who are the first to receive any asset notifications/updates we have, along with continuous market updates. Our avenues of providing real-time information to our members are through the members-only chat/notifications/email/Discord live, etc. Our Social media accounts tend to be more delayed/share minor previews, as whatever we publish there is designed as free content.
That said, we have heard success stories from followers of our social accounts.

I wish I could have given Zero stars. This so called committee (I would rather say SCAM committee) Guarantees your invest 3x in 12 months. But I was scammed on the very first day but one of their community member which they now deny and say he was not part of the sever. they will take you through a lot of pain and suffering and convince you that you were scammed by someone else and name it social engineering SCAM. But, I can assure its all them who tailor you to get into these SCAMs. They denied my refund stating some wired clause. Please please please if its your hard earned money do not spend on these SCAMMERS. rather put it into S&P 500 but never into the shittiest coins which they hype for their profits and then dump them on you. poor support staff and very rude behavior! I have the chats and screenshots if you want to see it.

We had numerous conversations with you BEFORE you were scammed, advising you that the person who was reaching out to you WAS NOT a member of our team. Regardless, you continued to engage with the fake imitation account that was not within our server.
The fake account had a misspelt name and used emojis in an attempt to imitate Discord roles. Everything about the account screamed to stay clear.
Our team member, the one who was being imitated, even reached out to you from their account in an attempt to convince you that someone was trying to scam you. We have no idea what more we could have done to make it any clearer to you.
Nevertheless, you continued to follow the link they provided you with and, as you told us, "staked" $5k somewhere.
We highlighted all the red flags before you followed their link and gave them your funds.
After you accepted you'd been scammed, you then demanded we reimburse you for your losses. We provided you with as many warnings as we could before you made any kind of transaction. But you have to accept that you continued to engage with a scammer against all of our repeated warnings.
Whilst we do everything we can to protect our members from scammers (by providing warnings periodically and their common tactics), we can not stop you from physically making any transaction.
I just checked my details on dark web…
I just checked my details on dark web monitor and find out my details was hacked from Cryptonary and are available in dark net. Looks like this place is not safe not recommending

Don’t subscribe for their trial period. It s almost impossible to get rid of it and they keep charging you. I should have been much more careful but these sites are deceitful. As the payment was finally blocked they reached out and refused to refund what has been going on for months…

Great if you want to spend your days shilling a memecoin
The positives - Tom is a great analyst and the only member of the team that consistently provides solid insight and analysis
The negatives - I joined in January and the majority of the year the only advice that was given was to stay in stables.
Fortunately I joined another group who taught me how to trade and profit from volatility as cryptonary has been useless
The whole site / team outwith Tom now spend the entire time shilling the Aura memecoin which has an embassassing narrative
I didn't pay my annual membership to do X raids, I came to learn to be a trader and to profit from the market
For that I turned to AO Trading who have been nothing short of a revelation.

HYPE has been a great success for many members who worked towards farming the airdrop, starting in February 2024, when we recommended it. By the end of November 2024, many members had claimed their airdrops, sharing screenshots of their earnings of over $20,000. I believe the average amount for HYPE airdrops was around $28,000. If you search for Hype on our website and go to page 2, our earlier reports will confirm when we shared this opportunity.
As for the price of HYPE now, we aren't concerned, as you should always take some profits off the top as the price rises. There's a reason why we also include daily market analysis and commentary in our Pro subscriptions. Those seasoned in investing and trading will know that the market doesn't move in one direction only. Depending on your approach (trading or investing) will have you react differently to price fluctuations. We aim to provide all of the tools within our Pro subscriptions that allow you to take educated actions utilising our analysis for your decision-making process. We can't take those actions for you!
We've been warning of less favourable market conditions for a few months now. We share the market's leading influencing factors, point out major areas of interest on the charts, and explain what we expect once the price meets each level. You'll find this analysis in our Market Direction articles on our website.
There is nothing to hide. I am just dealing with a salty person who likely enjoyed the up-only action for too long, did not take any profits, or didn't cut their losses to protect their capital when needed. Also, diversification across assets is crucial. Crypto is still high-risk, so spreading across high, mid and low caps will allow you to balance your risk according to your appetite. If you go 'all-in' on one asset, you move from logical decision-making to emotional trading. There will never be a good outcome if you don't have a plan - like this guy.
