Limited Range
I bought the City e-scooter and it is very well made and feels like you could probably thrash it around a lot before it breaks.
The reason for the 3 stars is down to the battery and range. Its advertised as 15-25km but you are very lucky if you hit 6-7km in optimal conditions. I requested a new battery as I thought maybe it was a dud but the new battery wasn't much better. I also had to pay for a replacement battery which wasn't great.
If I could have test driven the scooter beforehand I would have gone for the next one up. The wheels are very small and you come off with any decent sized bump in the road.
I bought this to fold up and carry around birdwatching with me but the battery issue really stops me from doing that.
Would be fine for someone travelling a couple of 2km until work along a freshly paved pavement or road.

Ordering and delivery could not have…
Ordering and delivery could not have been easier or more flexible. Couple of issues with construction but more my incompetence rather than instruction shortfall.
I contacted Customer Services and spoke with Josh. He could not have been more helpful and gave a confident and engaging response.
The byke looks great and is lightweight and I cannot wait to take it out for first spin. I will leave another review once I have done this....

Commuta Scooter Brilliant!!…
I received my scooter promptly and found it incredibly easy to use. I was a bit worried about riding it initially, but soon realised how stable and safe it feels to ride. The kick stand is really useful and the instructions were very clear. A top quality product all round.

Good quality product
I purchased the e-scooter about 3 months ago. It is very comfortable and easy to fold in and out! Easy to use. The breaks tend to wear out with time so they must be used with care. The scooter is light to carry around in the rucksack provided! The battery does not last a very long time but as it can be disconnect from the scooter, can be easily recharged! Excellent customer service! Overall a decent product!
