Kimberley from CruiseNation’s was nothing short of fantastic. After booking our cruise via another agent, she rang me to offer alternate flights which were much better for our itinerary when she didn’t have to - she truly went above and beyond as is an absolute credit to cruisenation. This is our 3rd cruise booked with them and definitely won’t be our last, they are heads and shoulders above any other provider.

Better service required
Service today was better & Janine handled the change to our booking. What is annoying that when you speak to the Customer Service desk about changes to your booking the person says they will call you back & they don't. You then have to make another call to find out what is happening Cruise Nation needs to improve this part of their service.
