I’ve always had a wonderful experience with crucial. Any system I have the website works smooth. It’s always available always reliable. I put in the order before Christmas…

I put in the order before Christmas holiday period. I went on vacation and expected the RAM to be delivered while on vacation.
After many days order was never processed!
I called customer service several time!
1st time call, they said it should be fixed and shipped by 24 hours - this never happened.
2nd call, they had issue seeing Order Number, they said they would call me back within 24-hours! - This also did not happen!
3rd call: I called and asked for any status? They said no updates, appeared they could not do anything about my order and I explained I am now going to go back home and to CANCEL my order!

No response after purchase

I purchased an item on 23 Dec 2024. Up until now, I still didn't receive any feedback from crucial.

On the website, it says after purchasing, we will receive a confirmation within 48 hours, but today is 6 Jan 2025, I am still waiting.

FRAUD.

I contacted Crucial about the order that someone placed fraudulently prior to the order being shipped. Instead of stopping the order and refunding it they not only sent it to the individual but they let them not once but twice pick a different item since the original item was out of stock.

Multiple RAM Orders Inexplicably Cancelled

I have sent in two orders to Crucial for RAM in the past few weeks, and both of them were cancelled the day after. I entered all my information correctly (triple-checked), and I used a different valid payment method each time. The orders were cancelled with no explanation and no notification. This has happened to other people over the last few weeks, and they need to fix this problem.

I have ordered from Crucial in the past, but I'm shopping somewhere else now.

Not going for the third strike.

Used the online purchase directly from Crucial.
What a failure that turned out to be.
Both times trying to purchase the same thing. RAM.
Nothing crazy, under 100$ US. However, the online purchase procedure was flawed in my case both times.
I tried using a credit card first. The card was good; however, although I received a confirmation from Crucial, there was no purchase order, and there was no record of the purchase.
Thank goodness it didn't process on my card.
So, after realizing that I had tried again with a debit card, the card was sound. There is more than enough in the account—same result.

So, I gave up. I will not purchase Crucial RAM again, and I am rethinking replacing SSDs with Crucial devices. I am going in a different direction now.

I was told that the payment system you go though was at error using PayPal I called them and they said it was from the payment system you use so I called them and they say it is your system with the issue. It's been three weeks since I ordered

It's been three weeks since I ordered. I went to check the status on the order and I received only one email. There was a link included to check the status. But in order to check the status I needed an order number that was not supplied.

I've heard the horror stories on reddit etc. about the customer service, so I'm not looking forward to having to address this once their lines are open again.
