Terrible telephone system!

Two days after I ordered I received an email that the item was out of stock. I called to cancel the order and had to call several times after that to get my intensions straight. The agents were very helpful and went through the procedure of cancelling my order. But, the telephone connection was terrible every time! Two times the call just dropped, and I had to call again and when I actually was speaking with an agent, I would hear every other word and had to keep asking them to repeat. This condition was on every call not just one time. Terrible phone system for an electronics/communications company. Crucial/Micron really needs to invest some money in their customer service phone system.

Good Experience

The RAM was compatible on my HP Pavilion PC and now it is not slower, due to more RAM. I will recommend this RAM for anyone that has a HP Pavilion TP01-1214 PC, but it depends on your CPU. Overall, 5 out of 5!

I'm happy with the service and the result, the guarantee for returns put me at ease too even though I didn't need it. After testing, I think that the only thing holding me back right now is my internet. tried and tested on the HP Elitebook 840 G4.
