Crown WIndows was recommended to me by a friend when I mentioned I wanted to change my back door, so I felt quite confident that they would do a good job.
From my initial contact to having a new door fitted I had a really positive experience. I'm really impressed with the quality of the work I've had done and will definitely use them again in the near future.

2 BAY WINDOWS A BEDROOM WINDOW AND A BEAUTIFUL FRONT DOOR AND SURROUND WERE FITTED BY TOMMY AND JOHN.APPROACHABLE,THEY KEPT ME INFORMED EVERY STEP OF THE JOB.THEY LEFT THE PLACE BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN EACH DAY...NO JOB WAS TOO MUCH.WE HAD A LAUGH TOO.
THINK. MY HOUSE IS NOW THE BEST IN THE AVENUE AS I HAVE HAD COMPLEMENTS.THANKYOU CROWN

We had French doors and a new composite front door fitted a few weeks ago. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, and the aftercare has been brilliant. The fitter, Mike, did a fantastic job and was very tidy along the way with no damage to the internal walls. The quality of both doors is outstanding and we wish we had bought the doors sooner. There was such a wide range in designs and colours, we were spoilt for choice. Would highly recommend.

Just had a new composite front door with side panels fitted along with 2 windows. The communication with Crown and in particular with Becky-Anne was first rate, from the initial contact through to completion. The work was timely, clean and efficient. Andy was our fitter and he was fantastic. I can't fault the company in any way.

The response by all contacts was excellent, informed, and consistently helpful. Installation was to time, tidy, and clean. I could not be happier with the whole operation.

Our experience was highly satisfactory from beginning to end. Becky-Anne on administrative side was pleasant and efficient to deal with which is a contrast to the majority of building and window fitting companies we have previously dealt with. Andy who fitted the qwindows was excellent also. Prompt and stayed over the alloted time to ensure job done to a good standard. Would use again.

I highly recommend Crown Windows and Doors. Mark and Mike have just finished fitting some large patio sliders for us and did a fantastic job. Having had a door installed by another large company and them having gone into administration, I contacted Crown when this door began to leak after just over 12 months and was told I would need a new door (I was also told this by other installers) a representative came and measured up. I ordered the door. This appears to be of superior quality to the original. The installer was very punctual, respectful to me and my property and I am more than satisfied with the quality and workmanship and will have no hesitation in recommending them in the future. Going local definitely paid off on this occasion.

We have used crown on numerous occasions and the customer service and attention to detail is exceptional! They take such pride in their work and you can see in the fantastic quality product you receive. They have just gone above and beyond for us this time with a bespoke product and amazing advice and support. I would and do highly recommend
