Kim was extremely helpful throughout the decision process, giving advice and recommendations from first hand experience. We also visited the showroom and were able to see the product and ask questions for an interactive dialogue, which helped to firm-up our choice . On the day of installation, Radek and Max arrived fully prepared and worked in a truly friendly and professional way. They achieved the assembly and installation in a very good time and stopped along the way to consult with us and demonstrate options to get our preferred result. They are all great people and with Kim and the guys, we are overall highly delighted with the experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience with this company. Initially Kim was very helpful over the phone. Lee managed to sort us a delivery date that worked for us and the two guys who delivered and assembled were fab. Radek and Max were efficient, speedy and made it look a breeze. Absolutely over the moon with our pergola and it looks amazing in our garden. We ordered a garden set which was held in storage for us until we were ready. We were struggling to achieve a dedicated delivery day due to work commitments but Lee sorted us a weekend slot which was perfect for us. Radek and Max the delivery guys were prompt, very polite and friendly and assembled the furniture for us with ease taking away the packaging for a small fee but worth it. Our furniture is to a very high standard and has completed our newly re landscaped garden. Would high recommend this company, Kim, Lee and Tommy always happy to help.

I recently purchased my second pergola from Crownhill garden furniture. We visited the showroom and was assisted by Kim who was great, we purchased a Thor pergola as this fitted the space we had available and it looked great- we asked for the delivery and installation to be delayed by a couple of weeks and just as requested Lee contacted us on the date we requested and arranged the delivery and installation the following day. Radek and Max turned up on time and installed the pergola and heater professionally and without any problems- they bolted it down and removed all the packaging leaving our garden as they found it. Overall a great company who I have no problem recommending to anyone considering purchasing a pergola in the future.

We initially found them online and began communicating over the phone. We were so impressed with the furniture that we decided to visit in person. Lee, Kim, and Tommy were some of the most helpful salespeople we've ever encountered—absolutely outstanding service. They kindly stored the two pergolas we purchased until we were ready for delivery. I was a bit worried ordering from a company I'd seen on the Internet but there was no need. The communication was brilliant with Kim and Lee reassuring me my order was on the way.
I did have to chase for a delivery date but after this the company immediately arranged delivery.
The two men who delivered the furniture, Radek and Max, were very professional and kept me informed about their time of arrival. I paid the £40 for them to put the furniture together and take away the rubbish, well worth it.
The furniture is gorgeous and I'm so pleased with it.

Ordered a large aluminium Pergola from Crownhill Garden Furniture but unfortunately it was out of stock and shipping was unavoidably delayed. Kim at Crownhill Garden Furniture was super knowledgable about this product and kept me informed of the delays. Received a call from Crownhill Garden Furniture that it was back in stock and it was delivered and installed the following day by Radek and Max.
Great communications from Kim at Crownhill Garden Furniture and Radek / Max were very professional with the installation showing great pride in their work and checking everything was absolutely perfect and that I was satisfied with everything before they departed.

We bought an aluminium corner set from crownhill. They were much cheaper than our local stockist for the same item, but I must say we were very impressed with their whole approach. Kim handled our queries and questions over the telephone really well and nothing was too much trouble. They delivered to East Yorkshire no problem and for an extra £40 the furniture was assembled and all packaging taken away. Brilliant value! Special thanks to Radek the delivery driver, who kept us informed on Eta on the day, was extremely polite, and did a great job of putting it all together. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I do not think you could get any better service. Radek was friendly, professional and very helpful. We ordered a garden "egg" chair and when it arrived it would not fit through our door, but he was willing to literally take doors off to help us get it through the house and into our back garden. I got the impression; nothing was a bother to him. Considering I think he just drove approx. 3.5 hours and still had more deliveries to do after ours, that is very impressive. A credit to the company.

Radek was friendly, professional and very efficient. He rang ahead to let me know when to expect him, cleared up all packaging and mess after he’d finished and was lovely and smiley the whole time despite a very long drive on a hot sunny day! I have no hesitation in recommending this company. A friendly, experienced and knowledgeable team offer a super fast and efficient service. All comms are handled by Kim who responds immediately to any query or request, and the fitting team Radek and Max were wonderfully warm and efficient. Within 2 weeks we had visited/measured/ordered and had installed our large 8 x 3m pergola. Wow what a service, and finished product is fantastic and gives us the perfect inside/out space to compliment our home.

Purchased a Nova Titan Pergola from this company. Got a super deal, best price around and included a free patio heater. Ordered on Wednesday, and delivered and installed on Friday - amazing service. Definitely felt like this was a family business really focussed on customer service which is hard to find these days. Kim was really helpful when placing the order, and the delivery team who fitted the pergola (Radek & Max), were thoroughly lovely guys, such hard workers. They put everything together and bolted the pergola down to porcelain slabs for a really affordable price unlike other companies who we had researched are charging really high prices for assembly and bolt down. This was a big deciding factor for us and i'm so pleased we went with this company, exceptional service from beginning to end. Radek and Max really knew their stuff and attention to detail when considering things like which way the louvre roof opening would work best for the way the sun comes over our garden. Really great guys. Thrilled with our new pergola and heater and would recommend this company 100%
