Very poor quality Au Pair Agency

Very poor quality Au Pair Agency. Unlike most au pair agencies, Crown Au Pairs as for a £35 registration fee before they send you candidates. Having paid this fee, I thought it was reasonable to expect a good number of candidates. I received one, poor quality candidate in 3 months, and a total lack of communication from them. Having found an au pair through another agency, I quite reasonably asked for a refund, but was outright refused. Totally unprofessional and very low quality. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Avoid.
