Poor quality plants, poor customer service
Half of my order of 12 plants was unsatisfactory: two were omitted from the order because they were of poor quality, then three out of the remain four of the same plant arrived in poor condition with significant die-back and browning. These were refunded but Crocus refused to refund the £10.99 delivery charge, offering instead a voucher for future use. A goodwill gesture has to be of some use to the recipient: why would I order again from Crocus when 50% of the goods were poor and their customer service would rather lose a customer than refund £10.99?

Plants arrive quickly & excellent customer care!
Plants arrive quickly, well cared for and crated appropriately. Whenever there is a concern, they have real humans to take your call and they sort it out asap with no hassle. Due to quality of plants, arrival and excellent customer care, they have a customer in me for the longhaul!

In the past I have always received good quality products, but at this time I was disappointed as the plants arrived dried out. At least one of them in the bunch was nearly dead. I have managed to give some nutrients for the rest and they seem to have survived.

Certainly not my best purchase from Crocus.
Was very pleased with the Forsythia. However, the Sambucus “Black Tower” leaves looked as though they may have a problem they are very shrivelled and do not look particularly healthy. The Viburnham Bodentense “Dawn” had a few disease looking leaves that I have cut off and hope it will recover when planted. Certainly not my best purchase from Crocus.

Equally impressive quality and service
I purchased some 9cm pot plants from Crocus and I was extremely impressed with the quality when they arrived, and so far they’ve thrived even during a heatwave. The arrived quickly and carefully packaged. I will definitely be purchasing again.
