A COMPLAINT

A COMPLAINT
I' ve renewed my registration with crisalix for the 3rd year. Since i started i sent two simulations to two different patients and it went wrong in both!!
One of them couldn't open it and the other one got wrong picture!!
I'm severely disappointed and fustrated. We contacted the technical team with no response! The same was from the local support team. if that was not corrected now I need a full refund .
I NEVER recommend that software to anyone

Amazing 3D simulation software for plastic surgery

I was really skeptical regarding simulations systems for my practice till I discover Crisalix. I tried it with some patients (without any peny invested in it yet) and after I was my patient reactions, I had no doubt that it was the right choice for my daily routine.
I'm really happy after 8 months that I'm using it adn will for sure keep using it for a long time, also because I don't know how they do but they continue to develop new features without asking any more money.
