This is a big scam they say it's cheap but it's not you ending up paying very expansive and you are not getting the ownership of the design you are just getting permission to use the logo, if you want the ownership will cost you another $300, Crest is a big RIP OFF company.
Rather go on fiverr and choose your designer, you will be happier, and you will and up paying cheapper.

I was very unhappy with the service provided by CrestLogoDesigns. From the beginning, I felt pressured to make a purchase, and the company seemed more focused on closing the sale rather than ensuring I was satisfied with their services. They will say anything to convince you to buy, but once the transaction is complete, their promises fall apart.

One major issue is their lack of full disclosure about services. I was explicitly told that I would have unlimited edits, even after the project was completed. However, when I later requested revisions, I was informed that I had to pay $50 per edit. This was never mentioned upfront, making it feel like a bait-and-switch tactic.

Additionally, CrestLogoDesigns advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee, stating that if a customer is unhappy with the service or final product, they will issue a full refund. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, they refused, claiming that because the project was completed and I had approved certain aspects, I was no longer eligible—even though I was unhappy with the final result.

To make matters worse, my project was finalized without my full approval. Basic and essential details—like my name, phone number, email, and company website—were missing from my business card. This was a clear oversight on their part, yet they did nothing to correct it without additional charges.

Overall, my experience with CrestLogoDesigns was incredibly disappointing. The lack of transparency, misleading promises, and refusal to honor their refund policy made this a frustrating and costly mistake. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and honest design company.

They were just outstanding and delivered such a wonderful logo design. I'm excited to order another logo design from here.

This seller is likely a scam, they charged me from 2 different LLCs under different names, Ridgeway Advertising Inc, and neoplex media inc, that were not the original company I was trying to do buisness with, Crest Logo Design, and there was no DBA claimed/mentioned. They proceeded to harass me on the phone and try to upsell me to more fake services. They use fake names that they accidentally changed while talking to me, and you can tell it's a call center in the background which common to scams. They claim to use non ai images and sent ai images to me and when I asked to make a specific edit to the image they stopped responding all together until I asked for a refund, then they wouldn't issue a refund claiming a project manager would have to talk to me, he texted me and I texted back asking for the refund then he stopped responding again. I looked further into the buisness and see that they have no legitimate reviews, published work, or online presence, it's all a fake front, and their buisness address appears to be fake dead end as well. I should have researched them more before placing an order but I felt protected since it was through paypal, but not I'm waiting for a dispute resolution, they probably hope most people won't bother following through with the refund. I found what look to be sister sites they use with different names so beware.
