Bought some joggers and trainers and I can honestly say the staff was amazing. They go above and beyond, would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a pair of Nike training shoes. Upon wearing them for the first time at home, I discovered a clear defect.. one of the internal air units (or “balls”) was raised, causing significant discomfort and irritation.

I returned to the store to resolve the issue, however, I was informed that the item could not be accepted because it had been worn and did not have tags attached. This response is unreasonable, as it is not possible to identify such a defect without trying the shoes on properly.

I also found it concerning that the focus appeared to be on whether the item could be resold, rather than addressing the fact that the product is faulty and should not be sold in the first place. Despite explaining this, I was refused an exchange for a replacement pair.

As a result, I am left with no option but to escalate the matter further, which is disappointing. This experience has raised concerns about both product quality and customer service, and unfortunately, it has deterred me from shopping here again.

Tiny was absolutely amazing today so helpful in helping my son select trainers within budget that he’s so happy. We love this store the staff are amazing and the range is fab 🤩

The service was great! Got the shoes that I needed as gift for a family member and they loved them. The staff in store were on hand to assist and explained the returns policy!

Came into store to pick up a click and collect order. Was given really good service by Tiny who was really helpful and made it a really smooth experience. Ended up purchasing another 2 items!

Staff were easy to approach and the stock was unreal, got everything in there for a good price
