$5,950 was paid to Credit Booster / Creditier Inc. for credit improvement services provided to me, and based on my personal experience, the results did not come close to justifying the amount paid.
My original $5,000 agreement specifically included credit boost, credit age, assistance with opening new credit cards, and assistance with increasing credit limits. The stated turnaround time was approximately 2–6 months.
When that work failed to produce meaningful results, I later entered into another agreement for additional work on my credit profile.
Despite approximately $5,950 being paid in total, no new credit cards were successfully opened for me through their work, my credit limits were not increased, and I did not receive the long-term improvement in my credit profile that I expected.
During the second agreement, they added an authorized user of relatively low value. It had little to no meaningful effect on my existing credit score. After paying thousands of dollars for credit improvement services, this was one of the few tangible actions I could actually identify, and it did not produce the meaningful improvement I expected.
Another major issue was the company’s inability to adapt its strategy when the original plan no longer fit my actual financial circumstances. I clearly explained that I could not maintain the level of funds they wanted reflected on my bank statements. Instead of effectively restructuring the strategy around my real financial situation, meaningful progress essentially stopped.
The second agreement again described work involving inquiries, credit boost, credit age, opening new credit cards, and increasing credit limits. Yet after all of these payments, I still cannot point to a single new credit card successfully opened as a result of their work or any credit-limit increase obtained through their efforts.
For a company charging this much money, I expected a clear strategy, measurable progress, transparent communication, and a clear explanation of exactly what services were being performed for the money paid. That was not my experience.
I am now requesting a refund and a detailed accounting of what services were actually completed for the $5,950 that was paid.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Credit Booster / Creditier Inc. There are other credit consulting companies in the market that offer a more individualized, transparent, and client-focused approach. Personally, I would rather work with a company that adapts its strategy to the client’s actual circumstances, clearly explains what it is doing, and focuses on producing meaningful results instead of continuing to collect money regardless of whether the expected results are being achieved.
After this experience, I also believe that when working with this type of credit consulting company, it is much more reasonable to choose a payment model where fees are tied to work actually completed, specific milestones, or achieved results — essentially an “after result” model — rather than paying a substantial amount upfront. When most of the money has already been collected in advance, the client has far less leverage if the promised progress never materializes. Personally, I would not pay thousands of dollars upfront for similar services again without clearly defined, measurable milestones and results.
If you are considering working with this company, keep copies of every agreement, every payment receipt, every email, and all correspondence. Before paying thousands of dollars, insist that the specific services, payment milestones, and measurable deliverables are clearly documented in writing.

I contacted them about refinancing, and they assured me that everything would be handled professionally within a month. Instead, they kept making promises for three months without delivering any results. After that, they started pushing additional services that had nothing to do with my original request.

When I asked for my deposit back, they refused, even though they had clearly stated at the beginning that if they were unable to achieve the promised results, my deposit would be refunded in full.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend their services.
