In the past 10 years I have tried other website in a box type companies and nothing compares to Create. It is easy to use or learn if you have basic computer skills, there are loads of features, including discount codes which I didn't have with my previous provider. The ability to add meta descriptions to my online shop products really does help to boost my pages with google. If there are ever any technical support issues, they are very quick to respond. I really can't fault this company. I just wish that other companies I deal with for both my business and domestic life would take a leaf out of Creates book.

After looking at a few web builder sites i opted for create. The format is easy to follow even for a beginner like me. It has really helped build my business and take it to new levels. The team are great at responding with advice and help when needed.

Fab , and easy to use

I would personally recommend CREATE to anybody who is looking to set up a website. It's made simple and has everything you need to get online. I encountered hardly any problems when building my site however, when I did, I had a personal account manager who responded to me with advise very promptly.

I recently contacted Create for help with switching my domain name. The support I received from Madelene was fantastic. She asked relevant questions and provided clear instructions to me. When she wasn't available, Madelene asked her colleague Steve to follow up. He helped with further instructions. Both team members have helped me immensely and I now have the branding required for the New Year. Thank you for providing such efficient customer service.

The create team have been so helpful especially Ian our accounts manager, it made building our website a breeze. If at any point we struggled they always came up with a solution to help us. Thank you CREATE!

So pleased I went with CREATE the whole team there were great especially Adam .
I am not what you would call a tech person so I was a little apprehensive about setting up my own web site but I found the whole process painless !!
If I ever got stuck on something all I had to do was e mail Adam and he had the answer in no time.
I went live yesterday with my site and I am thrilled with it, it looks great ....

I recently signed up with Create.net after I had seen them recommended in an article (I think in The Guardian??).

Well, what can I say?? 150% - Spot On!!!!

Once you have registered your account, you are assigned an Account Manager (someone who you can contact for help and advice). Mine was Steve. An incredibly helpful chap, nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained things in an easily understood way each time I emailed a question. Response time was usually under an hour or two (sometimes within 20 minutes!!). He was encouraging and supportive. As soon as he saw that I was able to understand more complex items and ways of working, he provided me with some custom code which he added to my website. Brilliant effort Steve - you are a Star :-)

To be fair, I also have to say that Ian has also been very helpful and also provided some custom code so that I could tweak my site after I had published it on Tuesday afternoon (and there was a little bit that was right - Ian nailed it.)

I still have my Shop section to complete on my site - I am CERTAIN that the Folks at Create.net will continue to be fast, reliable, helpful and friendly as time goes by. I would recommend them catagoricaly without a doubt!!!!!!

Adam at Create has proved to be dedicated in the true sense of the word, providing a level of assistance and information second to none. I had problems with my website image link on Facebook and I had tried to resolve it myself using your help options, but without luck. Adam worked out the problem very quickly and we had to change the banner on the top of my website to solve it. Not only did it solve my Facebook linking issue, but it looks much better on my website too. Win, Win! All resolved very quickly and a very friendly and professional experience. Thanks!

I have been with Create for 4 years now and have been able to grow my website and business with them. Customer service is always excellent and quick (thankyou Madelene!). Whilst I find a small limitation with my template and blog set up it is more than compensated for with the excellent website structure and supports.

Create makes designing a website a pleasure! There are plenty of different templates to choose from, a wide range of secure hosting packages, a most informative Resource Centre and a personal Customer Account Manager to help with any queries. I can’t thank Steve, my Account Manager enough for his prompt and helpful response to any queries I have, sometimes quite late in the evening!! I wouldn’t use anyone else to develop by website design business. Thank you Create and thank you Steve!

Ian was extremely helpful and i couldn't fault any of his advice. He was very straight forward and easy to implicate. I won't hesitate asking him for advice for any website utilities in the future.

I've been with Create since the start of 2013 and I've always been very impressed. For an ecommerce store they offer the whole package. I now run my blog with them and it does what I need it to do, without being too technical or complicated.
I've had a lot of support from Ian and Adam recently and I'm always impressed with the high level of customer service. Though I feel like I'm asking a lot of questions, and some are perhaps obvious to them, I never feel belittled or silly for asking anything! They give full explanations and genuinely seem more than willing to help.

I am very happy with Create both in terms of the ease with which you can build a professional looking website for a very affordable price and also the excellent customer service. I have gone from having to pay someone £500 to create a website for me, to now having four websites that I created myself and even feeling able to offer website design as one of my services. That is largely thanks to Create. I particularly like the fact that you have your own Account Manager (although they do seem to change rather a lot!) and you can email them at any time about any problems at all that you might be having with creating or managing your website. You always get a very prompt and helpful reply and they will keep trying to sort your problem out until it is resolved to your satisfaction. My last Account Manager was Madelene who was very helpful and my new one is Adam, who so far seems equally as good. I would highly recommend Create to anyone who wants to "create" their own website. I don't think you will be disappointed!

As a very non-tech person I have found the system good to use, and the team have been excellent with helping me out when I've had issues and got stuck, particularly Steve, my account manager. I would definitely recommend Create.net for a start up business.
