We come to Chris after following CRC on Instagram for a while and seeing great reviews, We were looking to remortgage early after having a bad experience of our previous remortgage. We needed money to start our journey to emigrate. Appointments were tricky due to work schedules so we had to do everything on a 3 way call which was no hassle for Chris! He was friendly and made us feel like friends not customers. The whole experience was stress free and the aftercare from his team is equally fantastic.

My first mortgage and I was extremely nervous about what I could borrow and if I could do this on my own. Chris was amazing and answered all my concerns, made me feel at ease and ensured I understood everything I needed to do and what he would be doing for me. Chris has an incredible team including Helen and Kat who I spoke to weekly for catch up or simply for them to check in. Even on Saturdays! My exchange took a bit longer than usual due to the seller struggling to answer some solicitor queries BUT I did not feel abandoned or out of the loop, Helen and Kat were so kind and understanding and really helped push it along to get a date in for me. Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at CRC mortgages. Chris was knowledgable approachable and friendly, all that you need when dealing with big life decisions. Chris made us feel comfortable and gave multiple options and recommendations based on what he felt was best for us with our remortgage. Kat and Helen were on top form always keeping us posted with any updates and progress and were always happy to answer any questions.
