PART 1:
Crazy Domains sabotaged ("restricted") my email hosting for no reason on Friday 10 July 2026. I could not send or receive emails for 3 full days. I rang support and they "unrestricted" my email. Now I can send but have not been able to receive any emails in Outlook since 10 July, 5 days ago. They said they would help with Outlook settings but failed to do this...
PART 2.
Then they sent me useless fake Outlook settings. They are deliberately disrupting my life and work for as long as they think they can get away with it, in retaliation against my numerous complaints and 1 star reviews over a period of many years. I am wasting a massive amount of time attempting to recover full access to my own emails, and they are laughing about this. I paid a lot of money for email hosting and they are unlawfully refusing to provide the service I paid for. I have not been able to receive emails in Outlook for 6 days and counting…
PART 3: Then they REPEATEDLY sent me incorrect and/or incomplete Outlook settings, which I repeatedly complained about by email, along with screenshots showing all of my failed attempts to make Outlook RECEIVE using their settings. Still could not receive in Outlook early on the 7th day...
PART 4: They FINALLY gave me a vital missing instruction for the Outlook settings in the afternoon of Friday 17 July. I tried this and it finally allowed me to receive emails. A large number of emails was automatically downloaded from their server and after a major email filing session, everything was back to normal, after a week of not being able to receive in Outlook. Massive relief…
PART 5: Around 1.40am today, Saturday 18 July, the nightmare began all over again, when messages demanding me to enter my email address resumed popping up in Outlook and NOT accepting my new password, and all emails are now blocked again, both incoming and outgoing. Webmail is also now blocked again.
Someone has to physically access my email hosting account in cPanel and then physically tick the “restrict” box to make this happen. Yet they claimed early in the last week that they could not determine how my account was “restricted”. This is just one of numerous blatant lies they have told me. I now have no way of accessing my emails again.
These sick people have obviously hacked ("restricted") my account again out of pure hate filled retaliation against my honest and direct complaints and reviews of their highly improper and unlawful conduct. I have paid a lot of money for Crazy Domains to host my emails and they are refusing to provide the service I paid for. This is unlawful. They have no regard for the law.
I am going to run out characters sometime, so may not be able to complete this review, but I’m pretty sure it will be a repeat of PARTS 1, 2 and 3 above. Not satisfied with totally disrupting my week just gone, now these sadistic people are determined to disrupt my life, resulting in massive time wasting and distress, on an ongoing basis. I will be posting these reviews on other platforms as time permits, and pursuing my complaint to Fair Trading NSW that I made this week…

I experienced some downtime of my website, over a day and asked for some compensation, the answer was: even though you have been a loyal customer for 17 years, we are unable to authorise a refund on this occasion.
Time to move on!

Crazy Domains is a fantastic website host offering many different services. We have been with them for nearly 20 years. Yesterday Gedeon from Customer Support quickly fixed an indexing page issue that interfered with access to our website.

I would never use Crazy Domains again.
Today I was charged to renew a domain name that I had stopped using over five years ago. When I recently purchased a new domain, an auto-renewal was somehow enabled on this old domain without my knowledge. Only seven hours after the charge was processed, I contacted customer support to explain that I no longer owned or used the domain and requested a refund.
Despite the renewal having only just occurred and the domain being of no use to me, they refused to issue a refund.
I find it incredibly disappointing that auto-renew can be enabled in a way that isn't obvious to customers, resulting in unexpected charges. It feels like a very unfair business practice.
I'm extremely disappointed with both the billing process and the lack of customer service. As a result, I will never purchase another domain through Crazy Domains or use any of their services again.

CD will disrupt your business - without question.
Once you let them host your emails and website, you’re effectively stuck, and they know it.
Their latest failure came after they convinced me to upgrade to a dedicated Microsoft Exchange server, promising it would resolve our frequent dropouts. Instead, the situation deteriorated. The dropouts stopped, but we now face ongoing authentication failures affecting every employee.
Support is another ordeal entirely. Expect to spend hours on the phone with offshore staff whose primary directive seems to be: “find a way to blame another product.” In our case, that product is Microsoft 365. As of today, they’ve even stopped monitoring their own support email service!
If you haven’t signed on the dotted line yet, do yourself a favour and choose another provider.
You will regret spending money with Crazy Domains. They will continue extracting fees from your business with empty promises and a complete disregard for how critical their services are to your operations.

"Support" is a sales team creating fake issues to sell solutions users don't need rather than offer actual tech support
Crazy Domains support is 100% focused on selling unneeded add ons rather than offering any actual tech support.
After ongoing outages over 24hrs, tech support tells me I'm over physical memory usages. They direct me to the control panel usage metrics that show an error. The issue is, if you go into the actual usage metrics rather than just the error message, you can see I'm only using a very small percentage of my allowance on all usage limits.
All levels of support focused on pushing web dev or upgraded hosting sales. Despite looking at the actual metrics, repeating the actual usage numbers, and agreeing I was using a small percent of every limitation they still persisted to push sales of unneeded products. This included completely fabricating that I requested a hosting upgrade when I had said nothing of the sort.
Moving through chat, phone and supervisor support with multiple people claiming to be supervisors, every single level tried to push products as solutions despite the metrics saying clearly there was no problem and the previous "support" agent confirming this. I was hung up on multiple times and directed to an unmonitored voicemail to get me off the line without resolution.
Crazy Domains has cold called in the past falsely claiming usage limits had been hit, then using aggressive sales tactics to push completely unnecessary upgrades. I believe the current error message and website outages have been manufactured specifically to generate forced upgrade sales leads.
In what I suppose was meant to be only an internal email, Renan informed the his team that there was to be no further support offered to me as my issues were "not related to any negative reviews on our platform."...
So here we are... The website outages are ongoing. The sales focus support claim it's been escalated and will be resolved yet there is no further updates (excluding Renans email telling his team they must not offer support...)
I have never deal with a less ethical company and deeply regret purchasing longer term hosting.

(reciept 62463071, 62463627 and others) Crazy Domains with their agressive and dishonest sales techniques coupled with exhausting technical futile canversation make them one of the most frustrating companies to deal with.
Hyacinth and Christine (Account Managers) simply create problems so that they can charge customers more money. First Hyacinth rings offering a solution to the space on my email storage ... i pay ( i find out later that other charges were taken from my card also ) but miraculously that creates another problem my "catch all" does not work.
So after week of leaving phone mesages for Hyacinth to ring me back, Christine rings me back with a sollution that will cost more money... desparate to get my emails working ... i pay. Christine promises to ring me back and promises that she will not let me down. A week without hearing from Christine the problem remain unresovled i continue to loose sales and time. After spending hours on hold and leaving costless mesages for Christine I finally get through to her. (SHE APPOLOGISED FOR NOT GETTING BACK TO ME AND EXPLAINED THAT SHE HAD OTHER MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO)
So it turns out that what Christine sold me a product that does not support all of my email addresses, but Christine had a solution ... all that i needed to do was pay more money and she promises that it would work then ... she was just going to process it and get it happening without telling me how much it would cost. It is at this point that one must assume that that these people work on commission and will not get back to you if there are problems UNLESS they can make more money out of you.
It is going onto 3 weeks now without my emails working correctly ... Christine promises me that she will ring me back in 4 hours ... we will see
Sooo.... if you are thinking of using Crazy Domains a few words of wisdom... DONT and if per chance you do not heed my warning DO NOT KEEP CARD DETAILS ON FILE WITH THEM

Do not use. Your data is not safe. They force "complementary" domains and services attached to these domains on to you without your permission and then demand money for them after 12 months. When you try to opt out of those unwanted "gifts" they make it difficult to do so and threaten you with loss of data. When I did opt out, they then deleted my own domain and I lost all my data as a result. As a "gesture of goodwill" they offered me "credit" for the 10 months hosting I'd already paid for but demanded I pay to have my domain re-registered in order to use it. All the while, they hounded me to pay for protection for a domain they deleted ie they were trying to get me to pay for a product they knew was worthless.

the most unfriendly user site, the hardest to communicate with. honestly with the time of agentic AI, they need to do something about it.
when no one to talk to!
when no one to email!
when your chat bot is so proor!
when your site produces 2 different login credential out of the blue!
when the site stops responding at the login jams, and your chat bot says try after 30m and even after 30hrs it does not respond!
when we try to transfer to godaddy , the code you have provided is not working for go Daddy!
what can i say?
how can you host other people websites when you can not handle your own? shocking to say the least.

Problems with email server settings.
Ellen J was very helpful, patient and courteous.
I've been a Freeparking client for well over 10 years now. I was always 5 star impressed with the freeparking help desk. It is very reassuring to see the same high quality 5 star support continues with the transition to Crazy Domains. Thank you Ellen J (and all the help desk crew because I am yet to encounter a tech supporter who is less than 5 star).
