Ordered years ago and my plugs are still beautiful but after being out on the motorcycle i realized i lost one and panicked since these are the only plugs I like and have worn for YEARS! Once again your company was here and i ordered an extra set just in case… well i found the plug but don’t care love your product and price!

I absolutely love the range of items in stock. I’ve bought so many’s different mm’s and gauges for different piercings! The variety is awesome and especially when those items are such a reasonable price. I also love that nearly every piece of jewellery can be sterilised! Absolutely awesome that I know the jewellery is clean when it arrives.

The order never arrived and after more than 90 days and a lot of mails I successfully received the refund
Won't ever use it again even if it gave free stuff
Plus the sanitizing cost is absurd if you order a few little balls (the ones you close the piercing with) you pay the full cost of each one even if they do the process just once because they are so small, absurd

I wait the order for 28 days by now and the client service named Claudia (infocrazy-factory.com) keeps answering me to 'be patient' instead of finding a solution or resend the jewelry. They also refuse to refund me with crazypoints or however. The company dont put tracking option (cheaper option for the company) so they dont even know what happens with your order...Unbelivable! Shame.

The site is great and the item I purchased is lovely however I ordered from Ireland, thinking the item was being posted from another EU country, but it transpired that the item was shipped from Switzerland which is not an EU member country so I was hit for a customs charge and a handling fee which I didn’t expect. The same thing happened to my daughter. Nothing on the website indicated that this would be the case.
