Everyone at Crayford and Abbs went above and beyond to help me when I had a flat tyre the other evening. They tried their best to get me a new tyre but were unable. They tried their best which means a lot. They were able to repair my tyre and get me home safely. I cannot thank those lovely people enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I just bought a new Subaru Forester from Crayford & Abbs North Walsham. Great experience overall, they took as much time as I needed to decide and I didn't feel at all pressured, got me a good deal, and the aftercare so far has been superb. Shoutout to Jordan who was very patient with all my questions!! It's a great car too, very happy!
Needed a new battery whilst on holiday in area. Couldn't have been more helpful, and got me back on the road next day. Lovely staff. Would recommend.
Never go here. What a costly misstake. They changed the oil and somehow damaged the sump plug. Cross threaded the plug and damaged the sump thread. Rather than being honest they used silicone to seal it and told me it was "damaged due to corrosion".
I had it looked at by a professional Suzuki garage and was told I'll need a new sump. All in all £470 because they couldn't screw it in properly. The Suzuki garage said he'd never seen anything like it.
What great people. I'd hadn't really considered an MG before, but Crayford & Abbs in Bodham have changed my mind. The HS is a stunner.

Perfect service & care everytime. Local service no travelling to Norwich or Dereham, no awful queues, waiting for dozens in front to be served. Staff are always pleasant, friendly & knowledgeable.
I chose an MG ZS EV in part because of this dealer in Bodham 6iles from my front door any other EV would mean a long drive & I am so glad I chose local.
Cannot praise them enough car went in for first service OT was cleaned & hoovered & returned on time. The courtesy car an MG3 was in great condition clean & tidy too.
