I Won a Minelab Nox 800. After approx a year the charging port for the headphones ceased to exist. Phone call to Crawfords, explaining the situation. Sent headphones which I thought were going to be repaired, but was replaced with a new set of headphones. Excellent after sales, and super speedy return, and they were returned. Highly recommended.

Spot on, ordered wrong machine initially, so returned it and got alternative, straightforward process dealt with professionally. Thanks.

I purchased from Crawford's early this week. I made a mistake when ordering and had to call them to get it rectified. I found both departments I spoke to were polite and very helpful. I decided to order a Minelab Equinox 800 as I felt I needed an upgrade from my trusty Minelab Safari. I spoke to a very polite lady on Wed to see if this was the right decision and she said yes so I ordered it. I got it Thurs evening (NE Scotland!) What service! Furthermore, needed advice about wireless module and Joe advised me (I'm not very hi-tech!) Lastly, for the price you paid for this machine was exceptional (15" coil included) and the little finds box, brush & spray bottle also. Nice touch Crawfords and well done again.

I had a problem with one broken coil & another that was fracturing where the shaft meets the coil. I firstly emailed telling them of the problem. They quickly confirmed they were under warranty and I sent them back to them on the Wednesday BOOM by Friday I received two new coils delivered by DHL. Really impressed with the service. 👍

As I had no experience with metal detectors, I phones and spoke to very helpful lady who patiently explained what was required. Thereafter my order was processed and delivered very quickly. Great customer service.
