My only complaint about the website is the lack of choice - not as great an amount of products as I'd expect - but we got the goods we wanted at a good offer price, ordering and checkout was quick and easy, and delivered promptly. Also a couple of nice sweets thrown in the box - nice touch!

I HAVE NO PROBLEM RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN ARTS AND CRAFTS, THEY HAVE A GREAT CHOICE AND THEY ARE VERY PROMPT IN THEIR DELIVERY OF ITEMS, IF THEY SAY 3-5 DAYS YOU CAN EXPECT ITEM ON THE THIRD DAY RATHER THAN THE FIFTH. ALL ITEMS I HAVE RECEIVED HAVE BEEN GOOD QUALITY.

One of the best online services I have used. The toy I wanted was out of stock everywhere. Craftyarts emailed me as soon as it was in stock as promised, I ordered on Wednesday 3 December and it was delivered on Friday 5 December. Craftyarts is now my first choice online shopping site.

Not having received my item, or been notified that it has been despatched, so far, the ordering, payment and confirmation process has been a sinch! Just need to see how the rest of the process goes, then I can give the system a 5*.

Although they did not have the full quantity of brushes I wanted they only allowed me to order what they had - this meant that I knew straight away and was able to order a slightly larger brush.

My order was dealt with and I was kept up to date on the status of my order. Very pleased with everything about this company.

There was a time some years ago that we did the rounds comparing the many art suppliers on the internet, we needed to know the lowest prices, the lowest cost for post and packing and the availability of the art supplies that we use. We soon found that time after time Crafty Arts was the supplier we were choosing. Delivery has always been on or before the estimated day and comparison is something we only do occasionally now.

I AM A LATE STARTER WITH COLOURING PENCILS.I NEEDED HELP AND ADVICE, SO I USED THIS COMPANY TO TRY OUT A FEW MARKERS AND STUFF. THE STAFF WERE KIND, HELPFUL AND SEEMED TO KNOW THEIR STOCK. WHEN I MADE A MISTAKE AND ORDER 10, INSTEAD OF 1, OF THE PENS, THEY SENT ME A RETURNS FORMA AND THE EXCHANGE SEEMS TO BE GOING THROUGH OK.I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEIR STAFF HAVE THAT...."SMILEY SOUND" IN THEIR VOICES. ALWAYS A GOOD SIGN OF ATTENTIVE STAFF AND INTEREST IN THEIR JOB. THANKYOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

This company has always dispatched my orders swiftly. The packaging is economical and can be recycled. The prices are very competitive.
I recommend it highly.

I haven't ordered polymer clay from Craftyarts before. I was able to get exactly what I wanted really quickly. It came well packaged...I am using the carton for storing work . Really fast service, received package on the second day post placing the order in the afternoon. I will certainly be visiting their site again, and have pleasure in recommending them as a first stop for craft materials.

I like to shop at Craftyarts because I always find what I am looking for. And often at a reduced price. The last time I ordered some things I had unfortunately chosen a wrong country in my delivery-adress and though I didn't find out until after my order had dispatched, Ellie fixed it for me. Very nice :-)
And then I forgot to mention that I ordered friday and received my things tuesday in Denmark! You guys are ninjas :-)

I ordered a number of items from Craftyarts and will definately be using them in the future. Everything arrived when they said it would and the quality is great. Would definately recommend them to friends and family.

The website is very simple and easy to use, a very wide veriety of products, clear and simple instructions when placing an order, dispatched the next day! No complaints!

I had an issue with an item and needed to return it (duplicated gift). The girls in customer service at Crafty Arts were so accomodating and had no issues with me returning the item. Can't recommend them highly enough!
