Lack of customer service

Lack of customer service, no response to any emails, social media or members chat, taken money twice now at 75.00 a time and having to chase the boxes, have cancelled membership now but I'm still owed January's boxes and tracking says dispatched days ago but nothing as yet and no one answering any query at all...😡

A big box of happiness...

Seriously love this company!

Every two months i get a little box of happiness... rum, mixers and treats all in a delivered to your door, what more could a girl want.

I am a huge lover of gold rum and whilst the call for gold rum is getting better, supermarkets and local shops just don’t stock a great variety, so to get a different rum every two months (every month if you want), so far the majority of which i have never tasted before, along with a mixer that compliments the rum and finished off with treats and chocolate, this is a winner of a box

There be rum on the horizon captain!

Being a relative newbie to rum I love the idea of the craft rum box. A different rum to try every month with a few additions to complement the rum to boot.

Great packaging used in the delivery ensures everything arrives in perfect condition and all you need to supply are glasses and eager mouths to try each months delights.

Very pleased 5*

Signed up for a box every 2 months as a present for myself and the other half. We've had two so far and are very pleased with the selection. Can't wait for the next one! 5*

Great Rums. Keep up the good work guys.

I've been a member for 3 months (birthday present from wife ;) ). So far so good ...great rums and nice surprises. I have since bought a subscription for my mate. If you're into your rums I would thoroughly recommend. Keep up the good work guys.
