Nothing after 6 months and ordered and paid for 2. So dissapointed and hurt
Total scam
Total scam. Never received my item and never received a response to my email following up on it. Disgusting to see a company exploit and profit from a war.
THIS IS A SCAM
THIS IS A SCAM! I realized it the day after I placed an order and saw comments on Instagram that their product was not made in Palestine as advertised. I tried to cancel my order via the process on their website. They wrote me back and asked why I wanted to cancel and I explained. Then the next email I received from them was that the order had already shipped, but if I wanted to return it for a refund I could. When I got the product and saw it was a cheap polyester keffiyeh, not handmade as advertised, I asked for the refund process. They told me I had to mail it to an address in China. I contacted my credit card company, who told me to try to resolve it with the merchant. So I wasted another $16 shipping it to China. All subsequent follow up emails were ignored. Unfortunately, by the time I recontacted my credit card company they told me it was outside of the timeframe for dispute. DISGUSTING SCAM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE DURING A GENOCIDE!!!
I've received Nothing!
I am realizing reading all these reviews that I've been scammed. I ordered mine on March 17 and have never received anything. Their "Track my Order" link doesn't work, tried sending them a reply to their email as well as through Contact Us on their website and never received a reply. I don't know if I'll ever receive anything but I'm sure the money will not be helping the Palestinian people and that was my intention. Shame on these people.

I was super disappointed when I recieved my keffiyah to find it was printed polyester, not woven as many of the pictures suggest. I emailed the company, and they did offer refund if I mailed it back to China. Given the fact that I already felt tricked by this expensive knock off-i decided to keep the item rather than risk mailing it away and never seeing my money again. I've used it as a background in zoom calls instead of wearing it. I dislike polyester and have a reaction to wearing it. Ugh.
oh man if only I could give a -100…
oh man if only I could give a -100 star. These people from china have no moral. lying to make money on the back of genocide victims. Hateful!
Awful
Awful, polyester crap. Profiteering off a genocide. Disgusting.

If I could do a negative review I would. CRAP, SHAM, AHOLES for taking advantage of people's generosity on trying to do a little something for Palestine. Agree with every review about the polyester crap that is made in China and charging you $100 bucks. May they eat fire hot chili and feel the wrath coming and going for an eternity!!!!!
My review is the same as so many others…
My review is the same as so many others here. This company's website is a lie. The keffiyeh is polyester, made in China. If they are selling cheap crap, then maybe that means more money goes to support people in Palestine. Did any of my money go to Palestine? I'm not sure. I hope so.
Why didn't I search for reviews first? This place is garbage. Don't give them your money.
Lies Lies Lies from heartless Aholes
This Company is a complete SCAM, cheap printed synthetic knockoffs from China, NOT woven cotton from Palestine, takes a certain sort of soulless disgusting company to exploit and profit off the suffering of the Palestinian people..
return & refund policy is completely bogus, after 5 emails over the course of 2 weeks and counting requesting a return address, as instructed on their website, not a single response has been received..
Stay away!!
Stay away! I bought four keffiyehs as gifts to support Palestine. I thought they were made in Palestine- wrong. It shipped from China. I thought they were cotton. Wrong, definitely polyester. I thought the proceeds went to benefit Palestine but didn’t really check before buying. I’m going to vet the next company I buy keffiyehs from.

This is a Scam company selling cheap goods made in China totally different to what they’re advertising online. Sold what was labelled as a Palestinian product for a cheap mass printed polyester scarf. I’ve told everyone online about this sham of a company who seems to be all about profiting off a genocide.
Terrible
Terrible, says made in Palestine.
But cheap fabric and from china.
People are awful
A total scam
A total scam. Not made in Palestine. Cheap printed polyester. Not woven. AVOID.
If I could leave negative stars
If I could leave negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, as with many others, I ordered from this website thinking they had somehow managed to secure some stock of genuine Palestinian Hirbawi kufiyas. As soon as I realised it was a scam website I emailed to cancel & refund the order. I ended up emailing 3 times to request a cancellation and they stalled for 3 days until it was apparently too late to cancel as the order had been sent. I called them out on being scammers and they continued to lie. Kufiya recently arrived, and as expected its cheaply made, of synthetic material, likely made in China as this was the origin of postage. I have again contacted them to request a refund, as the item received is not what was advertised. Currently waiting to see if they even reply. I've also lodged a complaint with my bank to request the payment to be reversed. Avoid this website at all costs!
Total scam
Total scam. AVOID!
Same experience as everyone else. Taking advantage of a genocide. SCUM. Pathetic.
i got the same experience as everyone…
i got the same experience as everyone here, so sad that i hadn't read the review here :(
Total scam
Total scam! Legit website but that’s it! Never received my keffiyeh and my tracking number mysteriously disappeared, after it initially said it was coming from CHINA!!! Not much Palestinian about that!
Cheap rubbish
Cheap rubbish. Silky keffiyeh with print only on one side! Not made in Palestine.
Total scam
Total scam. Never received order, no refund, not genuine so money doesn’t go to Palestine which is the worst part of this. Stay away from this site.
