Ordered on behalf of my Mum. She ordered 2 delf soup bowls and spoons. One of the spoons was broken when she opened the parcel. She phoned customer service who were very helpful and patient and said they would replace it. What arrived was a complete bowl and spoon. Mum on the phone to say she didn't need the bowl replaced but was told to accept the complete set as compensation for the hassle. Can't ask for better service, many thanks 👍

Not what i ordered looks nothing like the product it doesnt have a skull as pictured and is much smaller than i thought

Quick and efficient delivery. Thank you. Was rather puzzled at the delivery. The courier was told the third floor for the delivery (live in block of flats). Waited, watching the lift floor lights but no lift arrived. Had to go into the foyer downstairs where the parcel had been left! Anyone could have taken it but lucky no one around at the time.

The two beautiful Stag door steps are wonderful, and delivery was swift, however, the website did not acknowledge my order or send an email detailing it, so I thought I had not completed the order. So I put it through again, only then to get two items.

If I were to use again, I would ring up to order
