This was our 3rd purchase at your regent street Leeds store. One if numerous visits this year. All your staff are friendly and welcoming.
On this visit we were looking to purchase another sofa to complement the sofa we had purchased earlier this month.
As my husband has different needs due to a splnal injury it was going to be from a different range as we were sitting on different sofas your sales associate mr Andy Aylesbury came over and informed us that we could have the new sofa in the material as one we had just purchased, brilliant so now both sofas will look the same but different great. We settled on one and Andy talked us through the process very helpful and knowledgeable.
We like that none of your staff are”pushy and clingy “ like some other stores it made the process very pleasant

I went into the store to look around.I found just what I wanted. Dale Williamson was very helpful and not pushy and left me to make my own decisions.

The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. They were not overbearing and gave us time to choose our furniture

Purchased a corner sofa, still yet to arrive so cannot comment on that yet but we had seen a couple of sofas online and decided to look instore, we didn’t even bother looking round as dale our salesman took us directly to the two we had seen and gave us various suggestions for recliners we didn’t even know about, the fact we can have the recliners exactly where we needed them to be sold it to us, very informative and thorough, quick and easy finance process aswell. Highly recommend

The manager Tamsyn took over the processing of our orders. She was very professional and kept us informed in all aspects of the delivery she was very helpful and even phoned on the day of the delivery of the orders to ask if we were satisfied with the furniture. We were very impressed with the way she handled everything. The delivery men were also very good with the assembly of the furniture.

About six weeks ago I visited Christopher Pratts furniture shop in Leeds looking for new sofas. There was a huge variety of choice. Duncan looked after me. He listened carefully to my requirements and showed me various options. He, and the other staff in the shop, were friendly and accommodating to my little dog and provided me with coffee and plenty of time to make a decision. Result - yesterday two beautiful sofas arrived, delivered by two efficient, thoughtful gents. The sofas are already making such a difference to the room and my comfort.

David Tolchard at the Leeds store was super friendly, helpful and made our purchase of a new bed a real pleasure. Will definitely be back and cannot recommend Pratts enough.

We went into the Leeds store this afternoon after looking at outdoor garden furniture on-line. The selection they had in store was vast. We can't thank Duncan Edwards enough, along with his colleague Andy who helped us choose our perfect garden sofa and table set. Duncan was very helpful, gave us time to think about our purchase and was there when we needed him. Our experience was very positive and we can’t wait for our furniture to be delivered within the next 2 weeks, which is fantastic, in time for the May holiday! I would highly recommend and I also now have my eye on a corner sofa unit for our lounge.

Craig was so helpful in finding the right sofa for us! Went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our fabric choices and an alternative to a sofa that had been discontinued. Thanks again!

We have gone back to Craig at Pratts following our previous purchases. Once again he looked after us exceptionally well and we are looking forward to receiving our new Ercol.

We would like to thank Dale Williamson from the Leeds store he was very patient and didn’t pressure us during our visit We eventually bought some recliner chairs and a dining room suite. I have waited to post the review until the furniture was delivered so I could review the whole Christopher Pratts experience and I can only conclude that it was great from placing the order in late January to having it delivered and unpacked and set up in our home. Delivery guys were courteous and efficient very pleasant . Whole experience 10 out of 10. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Called in today and was a little overwhelmed by the choice! Lots of beautiful furniture in a lovely store. All members of staff pleasant and helpful. Duncan Edward’s was exceptionally helpful and I purchased everything that I needed. I would definitely recommend.

Always informative and helpful service from Lynn and Dale Williamson when choosing our new bed. Purchased 4 beds over the years from Lynn always very professional and Dale who dealt with the final aspects of our purchase just as professional and helpful.
