Negotiation was nice and easy. Transport guys were nice and diligent.
However, the move was not well planned and it took them way longer than expected. They then tried to charge more than agreed (although it was a close price).
Two things were broken and some items were missing, but they never responded even when they promised they had an insurance to cover any possible accidents/damages/losses.
Very disappointed, will never trust them again.
