Shipping was taking abnormally long so I sent an email stating I wanted to cancel. I received a response on March 31st that “it was too late and it already shipped”…TO BE DELIVERED MAY 5TH! Their tracking alone is not real tracking. It looks like a fake one they made up.Nothing should take a month in transit!

You do not get what is pictured ! You get a 70s trashy material it’s thin and gross ! Customer service is Fake , no way to return. You will be stuck with your purchase . They are a China CO. Which often change their web address so watch out for others !

This company is worthless!! They are a scam!! Do not!! I repeat do not order from them. Im working with my bank to get my money back.

Ordered clothes with rush shipping...never got them. Says delivery by fed ex..bogus!

I ordered 3 Harley Davidson tops in 4/2021 still no tops no nothing these people have my money I have nothing. No way to connect with them. Tracking number is bogus. Contact number is bogus. You write reply on FB you get blocked. I lost 50.00 I learned my lesson.

I was so excited to purchase some shirts in my size too!! But after $100.00 in sales and I ordered it on 5/3/21 and this is 5/21/21 and still no information available on my order!!!! Pay pal sent a verification that they were paid and Cozyove says"payment received the same day I ordered. I specifically purchased these items for a trip the first week of June and "NO SHIRTS" very disappoined. And yes I have been all over the web site and clicked on all avenues of customer service and contact us that they have !!! And also I do not have a tracking number to place in the box to track my items. If this product is comming from Boston I think it says . I could have drove there and back in a months time... Poor Poor service.

This company has the cheapest clothes. Look nothing like the pictures. They go by several different names. Do not order from them!!

BUYERS BEWARE: Like Cozyove, there are so many Asian-based merchants who steal pictures from credible U.S.-based merchants. There are currently no existing reviews on Trust Pilot for Cozyove, but Cozyove appears on FB. I wrote a comment for BUYERS TO BEWARE and they blocked me from commenting. What does that tell you? Their customer service agent didn't notify me right away to possibly rectify an existing issue. Do your homework and research vendors on FB before buying from them. They don't send what is pictured, they send garbage, they sometimes don't even send, they send items that are way too tiny from the size you ordered, you can't return anything, they don't refund, then they make you ship the return to Asia which costs more than the product. Stay away from these non-US-based merchants.
