Sizing ran small but that wasn’t the worst part. They sent me some paper wrap goods and called them a “secret gift”. I thought they sent me a gift for my order so I threw away the packaging. They charged my card $45 for the “secret gift”!!! They also charged me a 30% tax rate which I got them to fix that but they wouldn’t credit me back the secret gift charge, Scammers!

Agree with every one of these reviews…Do Not order from this crooked company. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and card was charged but no delivery info provided and no response from customer service email.

Crooked company - fraudulent DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Two weeks to get the blouse; it didn’t fit and told me to try and return it would me expensive shipping by me to China. They offered me a $9 refund on a $35 blouse. Shame on me for not reading about this company first before ordering.

By the time the shirt I ordered came my grandsons football season was almost done. Not a true size. I ordered a 3x & it was the size of a large. They asked me to send photos. I did showing the huge difference in a 3x shirt I already had. Their response was to give it away to someone. I should know better than to order off adds on Facebook.😞

Shipping takes forever - size is WAY off - horrible support - cheap fabric. SHUT THEM DOWN

Their products don't represent what they advertise. They DO NOT offer refunds after purchases. DO NOT buy from this website. There needs to be a task force to she these types of businesses down.

The size 2XL is about a womens medium. I'd never order again.

These people are just in business to steal your money.. your items will come, finally, size way off, material very cheap, quality horrible..
You will never reach anyone in customer support, they are a total scam!

T-shirts are a poor quality material, poor quality transfers a run at least one size too small. Don’t bother with them. Save your money and purchase from a known good company.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I just ordered today, was given an order price, then received 2 emails showing 2 different order amounts for the one item. They added $7 to my order and it was pending with my bank. I called the bank to stop pay it and had them lock out this company from trying to charge me anything. I contacted the company to cancel my order and was told, sorry, it's already shipped...poor grammar to boot! SCAM. I feel stupid for not being wiser on ordering in the first place

Item did arrive … but no quality to it at all , cheap white t-shirt that is see through and the fabric it’s made from is awful … the print could almost pass as stickers just stuck on … I won’t be ordering again very disappointed ☹️

Absolutely horrendous customer service, items do not resemble what you ordered, poorly made, nightmare to get your money back, but I persisted & persisted, avoid this site at all costs , worst online experience ever 😢

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I received 3 pieces of clothing (jeans, shirt and tights). The shirt was decent but the tights… ugh. They are made from a very thin piece of material and completely see through. I cannot wear them in public. I purchased the ones with baseballs on them to show support at my sons game. A complete waste of money. Very disappointed ☹️

2 months for delivery. Not even a close resemblance of picture item. I received a cheap white sloppy Joe spray painted to look like advertised item. This is a good example of poor Chinese business practice, it is embarrassing for honest hard-working Chinese trying to do good business.

The items did not look like the images once received. Very poor quality and I was not allowed to return them! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS!

This is a total scam do not purchase here. I ordered a jacket and shirt they charged my card ten extra dollars. The shirt is about two sizes to small and might be worth 3 dollars at most saying it is poor quality is a compliment. Never have received the jacket.

The item I ordered was a completely different fabric, different colors and altogether made differently, not to mention I ordered it two weeks before Christmas and the shipping info claimed to be coming from Ireland, but the actual return address was in the US.
Anyway, it took about 6 weeks to get here and looks like a cheap Halloween costume.
Customer service is NO help. They claim it's "correct" and that it will be too expensive to return.

Wish I had these reviews before ordering . I am having same issues long delivery time then goods are poor quality when they have arrived. Getting nowhere with returning items, very disappointing customer service

Insane delivery time, poor quality and customer service is terrible. I requested a refund many times just to be completely ignored. All of the shipping info started in Italy. However, it was in fact delivered over month after I ordered, from New Jersey! Just a couple states away from me. Jane was the name. No one has responded to my questions on that either. They did deliver what I ordered but the product is poorly made. The product description and picture on their site is very misleading.
