Helpful advisor who went out of his way to explain things and assist me. Excellent service

I called CBS with a specific query on my recently opened online cash ISA. The young lady who took my call was very helpful and really pleasant, but not the over the top “fake” nice that I personally don’t like. My query was easily resolved. The only niggle was the 15 minutes waiting time to connect to an advisor, however the automated system does keep you up to date and you are also offered the option for a call back. I simply put my phone on speaker and got on with other things.

Outstanding service and products. We have mortgages and children ISAs with Coventry and are very pleased with all the products.
When you call the wait time is minimal and always get nice and knowledgeable people.

I have just closed our remaining account with reluctance, but as part of a necessary simplification of financial matters as old age increasingly bites. Since our initial mortgage with the Coventry I have been impressed by the outworking of the Society's ethos; though contact has been entirely by web and telephone ny impression has always been of well trained and motivated staff and clarity of objectives and delivery. My one sadness has been the extent to which the Board has accepted that astronomical remuneration packages are necessary to recruit senior Executives etc. I believe there are still persons of quality and experience out there who do not need such large carrots and take pride in working for Charities and similar organisations.

Stay well clear of these cowboys, these muppets have stolen thousands of pounds worth of personal possessions, some belonging to a vulnerable, disabled person, there answer is to block calls & contact, upcoming court case will be displayed on here & Facebook

Have no provision, or ambition, to roll over a limited withdrawal ISA when the expiry arrives into another ISA of the same type. Tried other providers before discovering the Coventry did, in fact, have a near-identical product on their savings account page, that they were seemingly not wanting to offer to a long-term saver with them. Have now opened the new ISA but so very clumsy. The NS&I renewal took three clicks and ten seconds, the Coventry took a thirty minute wait on the phone and then ten minutes.

The staff I spoke to were very helpful and carried out my requests.

Coventry BS savings interest rates are always competative. Its easy to change from an ISA account to new higher interest paying ISA account online using their App.

Very easy to open the account. Changed my ISA to a higher interest rate. Did this over the telephone and it was done within 5 minutes. The agent was very helpful.

Great place to save. The call handler was so helpful and I was glad to find a new savings product with Coventry so I can stay with them. Have been with them for decades.

I wanted to find out how much i could pay off without incurring charges. They dcpkained 10% of january's remaining balance...gave ne option to reduce payment or term.... i paid of 5% really easy to set up & reduced my mortgage by 1 year .
