I live in a cove community in Ruskin Florida- several years ago I had a travel trailer there- this time I am in my RV and have been here a year and a half and love it- they have done so many upgrades to the park- the lots are spacious- great activities and amenities! You get what you pay for. The staff here are friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend it!

Following our check-in on 31st Aug we were disgusted to find the state the caravan was handed over to us. Old banana skins, tissue and food packets behind the sofa. Old plasters on the bedroom floor and in one of the double beds!!! The response from Bunn Leisure was that it was a bank holiday so not enough staff to handle the cleaning!
Given the current covid situation this is far from acceptable. We are still waiting for a response to the issues raised.
Actually I rate them as a ZERO
Actually I rate them as a ZERO. Never ever get involved with them! Rent to high,do not fix problems as they should be,landscaping is a zero,no park, no club hose. NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! From Canada

worste managed 55 park ever !!
worste managed 55 park ever !!! big corporate cove is a money hungry no regard to the residents ,ran joke but no joke to the older folks who live there, cove bought out this beautiful quiet longterm resedent park 2 years ago and every day they take action force out the poor older folks so they can replace their homes with 80,000 to 120,000 mobile homes !! who the hell wants to pay that much money for a trailor that you have to pay 600 or more a month to lease the land ??? the folks that have lived here are having rent increases, fees and made to pay for cable and internet that they never asked for and we still are yet to have the dreaded yearly inspections that will require these folks to pay for expencsive repairs and when they cant ,cove will force them out by default
We are on our third manager in less…
We are on our third manager in less than 2 years because Cove does not give them the tools or information and constantly changes their minds about what they are doing. We are getting fancy pavers, but have a clubhouse where you can fall through the floor and through the floor heating grates. We have inaccurate street signs - that took 2 years to get made after being promised. They put a fountain in a pond but can't keep it working.... while there are 4 streets in the community that flood when we get more than 2 inches of rain. Corporate comes to visit and smirks openly in the office to a visitor filling in an app that residents do not know what is coming (needless to say, that visitor did not complete the app!!). The maintenance man has often been drinking and cannot lift more than 30 pounds, but they keep him. Residents need to do their own trimming, but if they try to help each other, the office will not let the trimmings be picked up by the park because the resident herself (80 yrs old in a walker) did not place them on the curb and paid the neighbor $25 to do the trimming (making the kind neighbor a business!!- get a life!).
Frozen water lines
My water lines froze last week when we had that cold cold weather. I called the Cove Park Office. The office sent someone out in that cold weather to help me out.Thank you to the office and they sent out men to help thaw the water lines
DO NOT EVER BUY IN COVE COMMUNITIES
Do not ever buybin Cive Communities! And if they ever buy the trailer park you live in, move out asap!! Cove Communities bought the trailer park I live in. They immediately started increasing the lot rent yearly and will continue to do so until it is beyond what anybody can afford. I know they did this in all the other places they bought. It will be more than renting a while house in a nice neighborhood and i will never be able to sell my trailer here. Nobody will buy here with the lot rent that high! Plus having to pay a fee to apply for approval to even live here?! The internet they replaced is a joke and doesn't work. The improvements they promised are not happening. They really dont care about the tenants and what is important to them or that there are mostly low income families living here that will never be able to afford to stay with the constant increases in price! There are just way too many things to complain about here. And they as the new owners are not improving anything but making things worse.I did my research and how know how greedy and uncaring they are. I have yet to see a single good ot even half decent review if this company! All Bad Reviews. Every. Single. One. I am moving my trailer out of here to save myself the hassle and heartache of being trapped in a place I would eventually have to walk away from and foreclose due to my low income and inability to pay thier rediculous fees. There is still no playground for the kids to play but they did put in a "clubhouse" for adults to use of they want to work out in the excersise room. Oh, but only if u own a trailer, not if you're a renter. They will probly charge a fee to use it too. Seriously. The owners are just greedy. I warn you, do not Ever buy in a Cove Community!
Horrific Company that exploits low income.
I live in one of their Canadian parks and all this company cares about is maximizing their profits. It’s even in their Indeed hiring ads that a requirement is to “maximize profits in the community”. $1075 a month to rent a lot where a trailer sits is shameful when the two closets parks are half the price.
The roads are not maintained, the renos of the trailers are horrific coverups and there is no regard for the loans people have when they were paying $650 including heat when they bought less than a decade ago. Heat is no longer included with the $1075 a month rent and you can rent a trailer for as low as $1150 the first year. They even offered an incentive to renters that they get a free washer and dryer if they rent for two years, meanwhile home owners get notices to replace their fences and decks because it doesn’t fit the “Cove Communities standard”, even though the lease states they own anything you do on the outside.
I have nothing good to say about his company, and the new office manager is nieve if she thinks that people should just get over it and accept that it’s a really good company and they really care, and resort to leaving glowing reviews when she herself doesn’t live in the park. The dumpsters in front of half a dozen trailers are there to wait for cheap renos after someone was forced to abandon or foreclose because they can’t afford the constant rent increases and service cuts. The Jabba Internet they installed is anpark wide wifi and it’s garbage, so much so that the office still uses the previous company they Cove Communities cancelled. And this Internet, we were told would be included free with our rent, but then guess what...a rent increase. Nothing is free, but you state it is you don’t have to warranty it.
Buy in one of their Canadian parks and you will end up losing everything as the higher the rent, the less your home is worth. Perhaps Carrie should focus on making sure the roads are passable after a snow dump rather than being on the Internet trying to sell a worthless product.
