Easy purchase and up most quality
Ordering was super fast and easy. I saved with the discount. Delivery was so quick. I ordered on a Wednesday and it was delivered on a Saturday. The dress is just beautiful and just as advertised!! I will definitely order from Couture Candy again!!

I purchased a beautiful dress for my son’s wedding. It was delivered in a timely manner. I tried it on and the zipper separated from the teeth. I contacted customer service via phone, and they told me I had to email photos of the damaged dress. After they reviewed my photos, they told me to revisit their return policy. Because I did not contact them within 24 hours, I am out of luck. I contacted them 48 hours after delivery. No refund. No exchange. On a manufacturers defect. The tags are still on the dress. Just a 15% rebate on a $160 dress. Don’t buy from this place.

A little Disappointed
Overall, the dress is really nice. However, after I opened the package I noticed that the plastic the dress was wrapped in was dirty (not the outer packaging, the inner packaging). When I pulled the dress out from the inner packaging, I noticed there was some discoloration on the back of the dress that looks like it might be makeup or something. I have not tried the dress on yet but it looks like it will fit properly.
I wanted to give the dress five stars but due to this dress being tried on and possibly used and retagged, I cannot. This dress should have been inspected before returning. I'm a little disappointed to say the least. Hopefully I can get the stain out.

I would highly recommend CoutureCandy if you are looking for a high quality dress for special occasions. After going to several bridal stores and being highly disappointed in their selections of what I could actually try on because everything else had to be ordered, which could take weeks or months, I got the dress of my dreams in 3 days! It was absolutely perfect. I will never waste my time again going to bridle stores. Returns are simple should you need to return, I didn’t, but at least it’s quick and easy if you do.

We loved the outfits that we purchased but they were for a specific event. We ordered 3-day expedited shipping to get them 2 days before the event and they arrived just hours before my wife needed to wear one of them. So, that really complicated our day to wonder if the package was going to arrive.
