Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I can't provide any information about the product.
The delivery by FedEx is a real disaster.
It's been overdue for a week and there's no sign of improvement.
I need the product by September 21, 2025.
Why do you have such crappy shipping?

According to FedEx tracking, there have been several delivery attempts, but unfortunately the package could not be handed over because no one was available at the delivery address. After each attempt, FedEx automatically returns the parcel to their local facility.

Please note that the shipment is not lost – it is still at the FedEx facility and available for delivery. To avoid further delays, we kindly recommend contacting FedEx directly with your tracking number to arrange a suitable delivery time or pickup at a FedEx location. I would never buy a pair of shoes from…

I would never buy a pair of shoes from this company ever again!! And I buy a lot of shoes. Got the wrong size by accident, got shipped out of town on a job and missed the 14 day return policy. Shoes have never been worn, asked to send back for a refund once I got back to town. No response. Couturier customer service sucks and I will never buy a pair again from this shitty company that obviously has no customer compassion. Over priced as well. I can buy vans in the US for half the price. Keep the money

Disappointed

2 stars because the design is so cool.
- 3 stars because the image was delaminating before I even opened the package.
I am afraid to wear them because the image will be in tatters within a week or two.
