There are some really nice agents that tried to assist with my situation and they were great.
However I took an item from courts which should be paid off in two years after having the item replaced the account only showed $113 which was paid but I did inform them to look into it as something is wrong. After 9 months of following up and no response going from store to store asking for help I knew I owed and wanted the account to be checked. September I finally got some information the account was fixed as the item was not marked as replaced on their end. The item was finally reinstated on the account claiming that $1000+ funds is owed. Now a bailiff has to come see me to get the debt collected.How embarrassing I was honest enough to enquire as I did receive the item. I will never use this store again as a good customer who used courts for months. I think I deserve at least a month or two clear the fees.
