Still have not received my order after 20 days

I ordered on 3/4/26, they send an email to confirm it was dispatched on 7/4/26. Today 23/4/26 I still didn’t receive my order (name label). On Cotton Trends Website said dispatch within 1 or 2 business days.

Waste of time

Waste of time. Took way longer than 14 days metro Australua delivery. Over 74 days all up (more than 2 months).

I wouldn't waste your time

I wouldn't waste your time. Their website states that a simple del8very of 48x labels takes approx. 14 days. 2 months and 15 days later it gets delivered. I followed and followed up to only get generic responses and the post is depayed. I could understand 21 days maybe but over 2 months to get a delivery. No not at all. It is impossible to track as the lavels are printed in Netherlands and no matter the tracking company once it hus Australia there is no way to track the labels. Their customer service was of no use with very generic the delivery will arrive but be patienent and while we have you why don't you order more. No thanks

Delayed Delivery

Simple order for 1 pkt x 42 iron labels for my wife's clothing being admitted to nursing care. Expecting a reasonable delivery time which stretched to almost 5 weeks. Postage is from the Netherlands, had I been aware of this I would have ordered from a domestic supplier. Would not recommend if short delivery turnaround is expected.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY! Let's start with the fact that I ordered from cottontrends.com.au - so I thought it was an australian company; only to find that it is in Holland.

Add to that the fact that I placed and paid for an order a month ago for labels that were needed for orders I had at my own business, 33 days later I have not recieved my order, the 'tracking' number provided they admit is NOT actually trackable and they are currently refusing to refund my money. (Will be lodging a dispute with cc company)

Every time I email them their response is - we sent it and it takes 7-10 days. They did admit today in their email that they have had increasing complaints about their not fulfilling/delivering on orders however.

NEVER give these scammers your money, you'll never see it or your order!

Good quality

I have ordered from this online shop a few times now over the past few years and never had any problems. However, I have not needed to contact customer support for any of my orders, so not sure how well the communication would go.
Noteworthy is that CottonTrends have a number of domains which seem to be in different countries, and their websites are (sometimes poorly) translated into local languages. However, the company itself is based in Netherlands, Europe. Might be worth noting if you're outside of the EU.

Be very wary…

I’ve purchased before so I checked the order code of previous orders and placed the same order checking the code to make sure I reordered the same however I didn’t realise that order code doesn’t mean the same order as they come in two sizes. It was an oversight by me but they offer no refund, no discount off a next order. You just get a very rude reply from “Ron” they are not in Australia either. Now I have 48 skinny unusable labels. They also are not cotton.

I got what I paid for

I read these reviews after I’d purchased and was very concerned this might be a scam however I decided to just be patient and see if the labels arrived. They did.

Things to note: this isn’t an Australian company, they appear to be based in Netherlands. It’s reasonable that the postage took 3-4 weeks so I cannot complain about how long they took to arrive, it was good. Communication was a little unnerving (oddly worded emails) and they didn’t provide tracking, doing this could improve buyer trust.

I’m happy with the quality of the product, it looks exactly like what I purchased online.

I actually don’t normally leave a lot of reviews but I wanted to leave one for this company because evidently they have been receiving a lot of flack here, and I have to say, I got the product I paid for in a reasonable time frame. If they improve their communication and add tracking and they’d be great!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE

Twelve weeks, and still no labels.

Like someone else commented, no responsibility at all.
If you read the 'damage waiver' it's pretty obvious that there's a god chance they won't show up.

Plus, they have the .AU tag to think they are in Australia.. but they are not.. save your time and money!

Labels never arrived and they take no responsibility AT ALL. I've enquired twice as to where my labels are and all I got was a patronising reply stating that they don't deliver to Australia - Australia Post does and they have washed their hands of my item. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY - AND SUPPLY NOTHING -
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought labels from this company for an overseas trip

I bought labels from this company for a trip overseas. Shipping was supposed to take a few days. The website gave the impression the labels were Australian made. I ordered the labels on 11/10, thinking they would take a week or so. When the labels hadn’t arrived after two weeks I contacted Cotton Trends and they said it wasn’t their problem it was Australia Post - you’re on your own. Suffice to say the labels did not arrive until the day after I returned from overseas.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

NOT HONEST, VERY DECEPTIVE

Ordered two sets different labels total, around $70au. Each set label, is 48 labels. Problems from start. To track you HAVE to download app. Next, the advertised product says from Australia. Like the other reviews herewith, it's NOT from Australia. It comes from the Netherlands. Weeks go by, no product. I email cotton trends. Told by 'Ron' of cotton trend's it's 'Australia Post, check with family/friends, check your spam etc'. Still no product. Over, two months later. Enclosed is barcode for each label with (2) presumably two sheets. Presumably for reordering. See photo. I mistakenly think it's two sheets per label, and contact 'Ron'. Asking for the other labels. He confirms all labels, are 48 on the one sheet. 96 in total for two sheets of labels. My mistake. I apologise. But I will not deal with this Company again, as the labels are so small for a clothing label. Yes, the measurements were online, but in reality, these clothing labels need to be seen on clothing, and there is very little room for stitching. (The stitching has to go over the picture symbol on the label). All in all, I'll use a real Australian Company next time. Two months, is far too long to wait for labels. I would never have ordered them, if I knew this Company s sending from the Netherlands, and my labels posted, took sooo long.
Let people know this BEFORE they order and pay.

The labels took nearly 5 weeks to…

The labels took nearly 5 weeks to arrive. I had several email exchanges with Ron from Cottontrends who blamed Australia Post for the delays. What is not clear on their website is the country where the labels are made and shipped from - The Netherlands. The labels when they finally arrived are of average quality but not worth the wait.

Lovely

My order of Cotton labels were lovely. I have a short-stay accommodation and I wanted to label all my linen. I also used the clip art option and am very happy with the whole product. The order took about 4 weeks to arrive. In future I will just make sure I order them early before I run out.

If I could give this company 0 stars.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I dealt with a person named Ron. Rude sarcastic and over all a scammer. Never received my order, when I contacted them, they just brushed me off as if I'm the stupid one. I thought the company was based in Australia, clearly I was wrong. Do not purchase from them. Absolutely a scam.

Ordered with them because of the…

Ordered with them because of the .com.au address however they are based in europe so the order took 4 weeks to arrive and are so badly made the handmade symbol is illegible. So they said they would replace - another 4 weeks and they are just as bad. Have asked for refund - wont hold my breath.

⚠️ ALWAYS READ REVIEWS FIRST

🤦🏻‍♀️ Why oh why didn’t l read reviews on this shonky business FIRST?! My bad!

Goods ordered & paid - waited a month - contacted CottonTrends - laundry list of excuses why order hadn’t arrived - @5 weeks contacted them again - a more defensive, slightly sarcastic response this time - gave up, claimed & received a refund from PayPal.

To my surprise at nearly 7 weeks later the labels did indeed arrive….. great, except l needed them weeks ago.

* Today CottonTrends sends me an email confirming my original ‘September’ order and asking for payment to proceed with order. What a joke.

Lessons learned:
*Always read reviews FIRST.
*Where possible use a safeguard payment system like PayPal.
*Don’t assume (like l did) an online business ending with .com.au is an Australian business your dealing with.
