Outstanding customer service by all members of staff but particularly by Jess. Incredibly helpful informative and professional no question was too much, she spent time talking me through the sofas I was purchasing, also assisted with a foot stool I’ve bought tables for my daughter a bed room cabinet she took the time to give me measurements for the larger unit and smaller bought a unit for my daughter spent way more than I anticipated but Jess was so helpful I got carried away! Also the other staff were so accommodating when trying to get units in the car. Everyone is so lovely it’s so nice to go into a shop where people are so friendly and helpful

I popped in for a browse of the store with my daughter. I spotted two lovely side tables reduced from £150 to £90 each. I could really envisage these in my living room, at each end of our settee. Jess served me & explained that there was a further 30% off each table. They were duly purchased & Jess very kindly carried one of the tables out to my car, with my daughter carrying the other. They look perfect in position, even though one has a light grey frame & the other charcoal. Thank you for your help Jess.

Excellent Customer Service
Absolutely brilliant service from the team in store. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and there was absolutely no pressure to make a sale, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.
A special mention to Louis, who was fantastic. He kept us updated when the item we were looking for came back into stock and was extremely helpful both over email and on the phone. He also went out of his way to give us information and advice on arranging a courier to get our purchase from the store up to Scotland.
The level of customer service from Louis and the whole team was excellent, and it really made a difference. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Great staff, great service and a genuinely helpful team.

Staff really helpful- especially Louis who went out of his way to help load the furniture

Fantastic staff and service. Louis returned all calls explained everything clearly, understood our requirements and was professional but friendly and succeeded in selling us even more than we had originally intended to, not through hard sell but outstanding prices and great service. Nothing seemed too much problem and we felt totally satisfied and happy we optimised our investment in the quality furniture. Wee done folks, everyone at Telford, very good for your company reputation.

Found x2 perfect in nits but was worried about exact size. Jess was super helpful and allowed me to ‘hold’ the items until I went home and remeasured the spaces. Again Jess couldn’t have been more helpful throughout and Dan (man with van) whom was recommended to deliver was perfect.

The staff are very helpful friendly and have full honesty about their products.

The assistant manager Jess was so approachable giving her time in telling us what furniture will go well and help us to load all the furniture we purchased in our car doing a sterling job!

Even though I was quoted a long wait to get my furniture it came much quicker than expected. The furniture was of excellent quality and the delivery drivers placed it exactly where I wanted it. The amazing thing was they took away all the packaging which is something I have not experienced with other companies.

Brilliant store with great discounts on Cotswold furniture. Staff (particularly Jess) very helpful and friendly. We will buy from them again.

Jess was so kind and helpful on multiple occasions. We really appreciated her time, advice and thoughtfulness.

Truly the best customer service, I’ve only found this fantastic store a few weeks ago and I’ve been back every week. I’ve purchased some amazing bargains and been so impressed with the customer service with the staff who are a credit to the business always helpful and happy .

Great selection of furniture and the quality you expect from this company. Jess was so helpful from the minute we walked in and made it so easy to buy some beautiful furniture. Thank you Jess, I had to leave a review as when you get great customer service you need to shout out about it.

Jess was fantastic. I initially called to check stock availability, and she promptly sent photos, which made it easy for me to decide. Based on that, we travelled to the store and ended up purchasing an additional five items. The products were of great quality, and the customer service was outstanding.

We have bought numerous items over the last couple of weeks from the Telford store. Chests of drawers, bedside tables, lamps, console table, cushions. Going back for a wardrobe and a kingsize ottoman bed. The staff have all been incredibly helpful - a special shout out to Telford stars Jess and Mark who have really gone out of their way to help us. Jess has even offered to unpack the double ottoman bed for us this week to check it for us, and send photos, before we come and collect on Thursday. (Thanks Jess)

Bernard and Ryan delivered 6 chairs today; they were on time, polite, unpacked everything and placed them in the house where I asked. There was a small scratch on one of the chairs. They were very clear about how they would deal with it, took photos and let me keep the chair whilst a replacement is arranged.

These things happen, and it is how it is dealt with that counts. Fantastic customer service and the products are of a very high quality.

Our delivery arrived on time, Bernard and Lance were most helpful, unpacked and carried upstairs. A very polite and professional service thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at The Cotswold Company in Telford. The furniture is top quality and fantastic value, you can really tell the difference in craftsmanship.
A special mention to Jess, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful with my purchase, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process really easy. She’s a real asset to the company.
Jess also recommended a few delivery companies, which was a great help. The one I chose was excellent – everything was handled perfectly and arrived without any issues.
All of my items were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap before collection, which gave me real confidence that everything would arrive safely.
Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the store and the team. 👍 Thank you again
