Really helpful and friendly delivery guys (Simon K and Siu-Pai). Nothing was too much trouble, and they took all the packaging away.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Stow-on-the-Wold store. After making a three-hour round trip intending to spend over £1,000, I encountered poor communication and unprofessional behaviour from staff. I was given conflicting information about delivery, made to feel questioned and embarrassed, and left to chase down the manager myself. The situation was handled dismissively, and a patronising comment as I left only made things worse. Due to the service, I left without making a purchase. Overall, a frustrating and upsetting experience that has negatively affected my view of the company which continued when trying to resolve due to complete incompetence. Neptune it is!

I went to the Cotswold company shop in Stow on the Wold where the sofas are all set out and all the cover materials are there to pick up and place over a sofa to see effects, swatches are available to take home. The sofa I bought is comfortable and the colour I chose fits in well. Two guys delivered the sofa, unwrapped it, put the legs on and took the packaging away. All good. I only took a star away due to being told various delivery dates which didn’t materialise.

Great products and professional fittings great delivery communication,great customer seevice but unfortunately had 2 very expensive items delivered and both of them faulty/damaged due to bad handling in warehouses or at depo delivery and unfortunately send back both items to be replaced.
Would buy again but the worry and question always will be there how will be the item when delivered and unpacked….

Charlie and Kyle J, the delivery guys were very helpful. They arrived exactly when they said, planned their route through the house before hand and very efficiently delivered the heaviest of furniture. They went through the order with me and checked it over to make sure I was totally satisfied. Thank you both.
This is the second order with Cotswold company and their pride in their products, staff, customer care and customers is very evident above other companies

What’s not to like about The Cotswold Company? All their furniture and accessories are beautifully made, gorgeous to look at, and reasonably priced. The service is impeccable, and delivery is always on time.

Lovely butchers block - although damaged - notes by the observant delivery crew and no fault of theirs. This has been sorted and I am happy with the outcome. Simon K and Siu-Pai were professional and efficient. I am a very satisfied customer.

I have just taken delivery of three pieces of lounge furniture, which I had previously ordered at the Stow-in-the-Wold store. Delivery was prompt and the two delivery men (Charlie and Kyle) were very polite, efficient and accommodating. The Console table was assembled quickly and efficiently by Charlie in far less time than I would have been able to do it. I found the all the furniture to be of very good quality and would most certainly recommend the company to family and friends.

Staff were very helpful. I was able to look at a display piece before purchasing. I was served quickly and efficiently. Delivery date was sent as expected and delivery was within the time they promised.
Delivery was excellent, both Earle & Mavino were lovely, they called an hour beforehand and very helpful when they arrived with unloading and placing the piece of furniture where we required it.

Good customer service order was ready early and delivery dates were offered for my convenience

Ian and Tyrell delivered my coffee table on time, carried the package to my flat (which is quite a long way), and were very helpful. They gave excellent service. This is the second time I've bought something from Cotswold Co. The furniture, the service in the shop and delivery are very good.

We found exactly what we were looking for. The guy who we dealt with was lovely & courteous. Plus I bought the most beautiful cushions for my new furniture & they were reduced!

Needed a Sofa and wasn’t prepared to wait 10 weeks, so stopped off at Stow on the Wold showroom.
The lady showed me Express options, fabrics and gave me swatches to take away.
Got home, decided what I wanted.
Ordered the next day through the showroom as have to keep shops in our towns and they did give me a service.
Booked for £49 the day and times slot I wanted.
Booked £49 for the bed to be put together for me.
Sofa and bed was delivered on time and the guys were brilliant. Everything was done as promised in a very professional way and with a sense of humour.

Loved the sofa so much I ordered another one but a different size the next day.

The only concern I had was although I gave my postcode I gave another postcode for easier access to my flat. This on both occasions was not given to the delivery guys, which would have made their lives parking a lot easier 👍

The team today of Charlie and Kyle J were a pleasure as they delivered our order. Great communication re arrival time and everything dealt with in a cheery and polite manner. The linen cupboard was unpacked and installed carefully. Great experience and would certainly be very happy for them to deliver any Cotswold Company items in the future.

Visited to view a garden lounge set we’d seen online. Love the store in Stow on the Wold, such a pleasure to visit as always. The staff are so helpful and pleasant and Joan Hackney very quickly came to help us find what we were looking for and checked out options on the computer.
After checking a few measurements at home we phoned the shop to order and found we were speaking to Joan again who helped us place the order.
Looking forward to our delivery next week.
