Delivery service excellent. Good communication and arrived on time. Bernard and Stefan, the delivery drivers, were very courteous and helpful.

I visited the Leamington store last weekend. The layout is beautiful and the furniture on display communicates immediately a sense of high-quality merchandise. I must commend Paul whose manner, helpfulness and knowledge were exemplary.

The store was beautifully presented and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cannot recommend more highly. Not cheap but you pay for what you get which is really solid well made smart durable furniture all delivered and assembled in a very polite efficient & professional way in my case by Gary & Jake. Highly impressed& no complaints. 5 out of 5 stars.

Found what I was looking for and the assistants gave them to me in a plastic sealed bag to make sure they didn’t get wet as it was raining. These little touches make a big difference.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Evan from the Leamington store. He went above and beyond for us when our order was delayed and could not have been more helpful. Fantastic customer service and very friendly! Delivery was very smooth and tidy. Would not hesitate to order again.

Because I ordered from a Cotswold store, the delivery men unpacked and brought the bookcase to the room I wanted it in. Very thoughtful and supportive. As for the beautiful bookcase. It's timeless and goes with everything. It even has adjustable feet to stabilise it if the floor is slightly uneven. This is my 9th or 10th purchase from Cotswolds - every piece making our house a home.

Very helpful staff, both at the store and over the phone at leamington. Delivery was very punctual and Charlie and Matt were really friendly and helpfull. Highley recommend.

Just had our new sofas delivered by Bernard and Igors, both lovely, polite and professional chaps. The sofas look fantastic in their new home, alongside our Cotswold furniture 😀

Great company to deal with. The staff in Leamington Spa branch were extremely helpful and accurate with their advice and delivery times for two new sofas. They arrived exactly on the due dates.
Delivery carried out by Bernard & Janis who were on time, polite and very helpful. The sofa was positioned in the right place in the right room.

I wanted to see the actual item I was buying so I called in to the Leamington Spa branch. The lady I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and my order was placed with minimum fuss. I could choose a date and time slot to suit and I received immediate confirmation by email
The delivery guys, Sam and Igors, were friendly and helpful. They unpacked my item, placed it where it needed to be and took away all the rubbish! They showed me where the alternative door handles were and how to change them. Really cheerful and pleasant considering it was 7am!
Will definitely purchase from this company again
