The taxi did not arrive at the agreed time for the transfer to the airport. We tried to call the emergency number several times but there was no respose whatsoever. Imagine the stress when you are waiting for the transfer in the middle of the night, and nobody shows up and nobody picks up the phone. We needed to catch a plane and called a Bolt transfer. Then, 30 minutes later, the original taxi arrived and showed us the incorrect booking (30 minutes later than we actually booked). We had to pay the cancellation fee for Bolt.

When we demanded the Costa Brava Taxi to reimbuse additional expenses we had, they declined.

Extremely poor service, don't use this company. Extremaly poor communication. At the time of booking they were available on WhatsApp but when I wanted to check regarding the transfer the number was not anymore on WhatsApp. Then I wrote them an email to ask if the transafer is as agreed, and nobody answerred my email at all. They even don't disclose their names, and the domain in registered in Germany. Reviews on their site are not to be trusted.

Great service - collected us on time and were friendly. Great value for money! A reminder email also issues a day or two before each trip which really helpful. The taxi driver also tracks your flight and texts you when they arrive.

The taxi was on time both ways and the drivers were very friendly. The only issue coming home there was no baby seat in which we pre-booked. But overall a good service.

Taxi was punctual, spacious and clean. Driver was polite and courteous, all you need.
