Costa Bingo Reviews 

I have been with Costa for many years and had no problems until now. Won £500 weeks ago but keep getting told the bank details are invalid been In touch with my bank and there is no reason why the funds haven't gone in. Have been on live chat and rang them several times with no joy. Where do the funds come from?

Absolutely horrendous...I've been waiting over 5 6 weeks for a reply in regards to a self exclusion that has expired...I provided documents to prove funding and was told they passed it on to the right department and told to wait 5 days...that was 2 weeks ago...I've sent further emails , replied to current chain emails as well no reply nothing, you are wrongfully not restoring my account and won't even reply to me...what the hell is wrong with you? And before you ask me to send an email I already did...and still no reply! I'm waiting and waiting and nothing...why are you treating a customer of many years so disgustingly

Love this site just one big problem it takes far too long your winnings especially if it is over the weekend very frustrating

If you look at the good reviews recently you will notice that they have all been redirected. That is because 888 who won Costa now cannot rely on people giving a good review without their interference. Those people that have given a good review have obviously been asked to after a rare good win. Friday games now have odds of 1400-1 to win anything on a game. Do yourself a favour and save your extra cash as the old cassava sites will just take your money now they are 888 and the slots won’t payout as people are abandoning the sites in droves now (ignore the Friday rooms figured as the moment they went live there were already 2,500+ people with tickets in each room, rather gives the game away doesn’t it)
I have read your reply, it’s not a case of me losing, it’s a case of letting people that sign up to one site such as Costa and letting them know that other people have signed up to another 20+ sites besides having just the one bingo site. So if they deposited £10 into each of the 20 (and you encourage that by sending emails from sister sites) that is £200 it costs each person to get a fair chance of winning like many of the others. You do not tell people this when signing up. You do not advertise that there are loads of other sites (yours) members, often the same people and hence you encourage what you claim to be trying to help. I personally did not lose but I can imagine many that do just thinking they are signing up to a bingo site. Hardly fair if you don’t advise new customers what they are entering into.

The site is not honest atall.
I withdrew early thursday as it stated 24 hours to be processed okay thats longer than most sites but it is what it is.

48 hours later i went on live chat as the status of it hasnt even been aproved.
Live chat was slow ... she then advised me that it will start to be processed on TUESDAY. Then i may not get the money till the following week.
If you expect a pay out as fast as the majority of sites and not a week or two later then AVOID this site.
False information given at the cashier and i have screen shot the full conversation on live chat incase they back track about thw info ive now been given

I have never had a issue before with this site but I haven’t been on in few years so I decided to go back on . I won 400 pounds and now it’s still haven’t been approved . I rang it said today still hasn’t and now it’s asking me for I’d and I already sent that in when I joined . Just had a email to say it’s failed . Well I haven’t moved or changed my mind . So I don’t I ever going to get this money . I going to take this higher I not letting them get away with this it’s not fair . When they have taken money but now it’s time to pay me my winnings I can’t have it

I have been a member over 10 years and these new changes are an insult to us regulars having to deposit multiple times a day to be able to get free tickets for games that use to be free before i have deposited 4 times this week and so far in 3 of the games you have gave me 1 ticket for each game where is one ticket in each game with over 1000 players going to get me i shouldnt have to keep depositing to get free tickets your always saying on your site gamble aware but you make it so we have no choice but to deposit multiple times a day to get what we use to get for 1 deposit every few days well i hope its worth it as this regular loyal customer wont be depositing anymore

Always enjoyed my time on Costa, but the hosts lately let players get away with murder, mainly because the hosts do not understand a thing us players are saying! they just say lol as if to laugh a long. jmax is the worst, flirting with players, favourtism with players, discussing about seeing players pictures on facebook but i thought hosts are meant to treat us all the same! there are players in costa who are like a small gang and they do not like new people entering the room or other players trying to make conversations with the host. we will be sticking with mecca bingo from now on as their hosts all speak full english and can engage with us properly

Didnt want to give 1 star at all, i withdrew £700 on the 15th june. were now on the 4th of august and i havnt recieved my winnings all i have done is ring email and chat to live help and iam still waiting. this is now being investigated. 7 weeks of waiting and sill no winnings. never had a problem with any withdrawal and used same bank details throughout, never changed them. I'm so fed up and tired of trying to get somewhere. My username is badkarma1.

Well after being in live help this morning my winnings have been rereleased on the 27th july so what you have just wrote is just lies and not true! Funny how this has took 7 weeks to be sorted but yet non off your "costa" team can give me answers as to why this has happened and why ive had to wait over 7 weeks! Total nightmare but thanks for your untrue response!

I like costa have been playing many years but only just returned after long break. I find it hard to navigate around rooms though and cannot find autodab turn off settings as I like to dab myself without hint....there's so many rewards now just for playing! It's great

spending restricted and ok with that ,not a problem. I play for fun ,not to win and recently asked to verify source of funds .which I did by sending 3 wage slips as requested.

now want bank statements ,which i don't have as paperless.asked to close my accounts with costa and wink bingo .I sent in what you requested but for security and privacy reasons I will not give access to my bank. Now play elsewhere .disappointed loyal player

Since this site was taken over I find that they are not here to accomodate thier customers there only goal is to change the site for thier profit. So many rooms you are unable to access if you do not have cash to spend. If you happen to have bonus cash there are few rooms you can play on a daily basis. Also this new way to collect your diamobd points is driving me mad as i have to down load every point. Considering you have to have 600 diamobde for a £1 that means you have to download 600 times. GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY PLEASE
