bad very bad service

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience with Cosmo Payment.

I requested a Visa card through your platform, and the fee was successfully charged from my account. However, I have never received the card. When I contacted your support team, I was informed that the card shipment cannot be tracked, and there have been no updates provided, including any tracking number.

This situation is extremely concerning. I have already waited for more than one month, yet there has been no resolution. I have also requested a refund of the card fee back to my account, but until now, no refund has been processed.

This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I kindly request an immediate investigation into this issue and a full refund as soon as possible.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further.

I look forward to your urgent response.
