I checked out the price of a new Nissan Qashqai with my local dealership and compared it to the price from Cory Vehicles. Huge saving of over £4K . I ordered metallic paint and a wireless charger as optional extras. I was advised a delivery time of 6 months and paid a deposit of £500 on my credit card (section 75 safety net ).The guy Steve from Cort was very amiable and answered all my questions and advised me he would be in touch when they received the car. Sure enough, in 6 months I received an email from Steve to say that they were hoping to deliver the 2nd week in March, around 4 weeks away. I tried emailing Steve a week later but I had no response so I phoned and spoke to Howard who I found out is a director of the company. He advised me that Steve was on annual leave but strangely, I never spoke to Steve again, Howard was my new point of contact. Now comes the frightening part. I had to pay the balance
, a five figure sum and I don’t have the car yet. When I try to make the bank transfer my bank is telling me not to do it as it could be a scam. I take the leap of faith and pay the balance. I try emailing Howard, twice with no reply and I am now panicking, I couldn’t eat my tea that night and was thinking I had just lost a fortune. Howard emailed me at nine O clock that night advising me that he had left the office early and had just picked up my email. Meanwhile I have aged two years in one day. The first delivery date was cancelled with a lame excuse and the car was delivered 4 days later with 500 miles on the clock. When the car arrived the wireless charger I ordered was not fitted. It took 4 weeks and several emails to have my money returned. I am very happy with the car, saved a lot of money but their communication with the customer could be improved. I would buy again from a broker, but next time it will be with a company who delivers the car before you make the final payment.

As with others, a little apprehensive due to this being my first purchase of a vehicle online. I contacted discounted-new-cars.com (CVC) and spoke to Steven. He was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process. He pointed us to a car that exceeded our requirements, and at an excellent price. Steven answered any questions very quickly, which is always reassuring, and guided us through to todays delivery. Which went very smoothly.
So thank you very much for your excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to family and friends.

This is the first time I have bought a new car online. It is a bit nerve-wracking at first, not seeing a physical showroom etc. Aniello (Neil) phoned with details, and was helpful. I paid a £500 deposit late January 2022, with delivery of my new Kia expected around May/June. Unfortunately Ukraine happened in February which exacerbated the delay problems of the pandemic, as Kia's are made in Slovakia. In March Kia announced they would not be taking any more orders for automatic petrol cars like I ordered, but would honour my order. I believe they were prioritising automatic gearboxes to their electric cars. After a number of delays, my car was ready for delivery late January 2023. Neil obligingly offered to store the car until March to give it a '23' plate which I agreed to. I paid the balance a few days before delivery on 7 March. The delivery driver was a very nice retired Police Officer which was reassuring. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company, and their salesman Aniello as an alternative way of buying your new car. The savings are substantial, thousands of pounds, and the process is very easy. Aniello as always answered my emails or phone calls promptly, and was always polite, honest and helpful. The delay issues were out with their control. I spoke to a Kia dealer in Glasgow who expressed similar issues, particularly with the model I ordered, a Kia Ceed Sportwagon 3 1.5L petrol automatic. Overall a very positive experience despite the delay

Ordered a vehicle may 22, followed the progress regularly, where I was provided with several delivery dates as the vehicle had been impacted by the delay in production experienced since the pandemic, I received a call this week to be informed that the car has been cancelled - feeling extremely let down & ripped off - my advice is not to place any order where the vehicle is not immediatly available - to avoid wasting your time & the associated disappointment of being left without a vehicle following a lengthy delivery period only to be informed that the CONTRACT is cancelled during the last few days of count down to New vehicle day!

This was a first time purchase of a van over the internet so was slightly apprehensive. I was dealt with by Alison who was excellent from first contact to final delivery of the van. She kept me updated throughout and answered any questions promptly. Would have no reservations to recommend Corts to anyone. Definitely 5 star service and a good saving against dealers price.

What I liked about working with CVC is that they were straight and honest. It would have been easy for the salesmen to give me a line on when the van would arrive but he didn't, he said my Ford van delivery was months away and there was nothing they could do about it. In the end the Van arrived exactly when they said it would and it was worth the wait.

The transit custom was a little late coming in but lots of other dealers could not get the van this side of Christmas great price and great service thanks

Ford Transit Custom was delivered yesterday on the day i was given a couple of weeks previous, a big thank you to Alison for keeping me up to date with everything. From start to finish the process was made easy. Also a huge bonus i saved approx £2000 to £3000 buying from this company.

Recently purchased a Ford ranger wildtrack from cort vehicle contracts vehicle arrived sooner than expected which was a bonus i expected to have to collect the vehicle but it was delivered to our door with no fuss Mike Taylor has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish I've often had conversations with mike after hours and nothing is a problem even down to getting our private reg assigned to the vehicle 15 mins after forwarding over retention certificate. We were that happy with the service and the Ranger that we bought another which is getting delivered 17th Nov Mike will be the first person i will be calling should we require any more new vehicles. I received my Ford Fiesta yesterday, all arranged with Aniello (Niel). Ordered in March 2022, & advised it would take 6-9 months, so advice was spot on. Excellent price & delivered to my door (trailer delivery). Couldn’t be happier with the car or the service received from Niel.

I ordered a new car through discounted new cars and steve took me through the while experience. I was pretty nervous at first as never order a car like this but I knew what I wanted having already done my research. When I ordered I was given a date and no pressure was made to pay the deposit in fact I chased steve on this! Even towards the end when I wasnt happy about bank transfer they were able to accommodate and let me pay by card.

The vehicle was delivered on time ( almost 6 months before any dealership could) and with a sizable cash discount over dealerships. There were a few niggles with the car on delivery even one I didn't spot to the following day and steve was able to help us reach a successful resolution.

Overall my experience was excellent and I will be buying from them again in the future. Steve was honest and great to deal with I would highly recommend you buy a car here at a great discount and alot quicker than dealerships!

What a pleasant, professional and easy way to purchase my new Skoda Octavia which arrived as planned this morning.

First time buyer of a brand new car, and first time buying via online/telephone method. Ordered a Hyundai Tucson N Line S with Cort Vehicle Contracts in January 2022. After trawling a few main dealers, and finding a reasonable discount hard to come by, I reverted back to the online search prices I'd seen prior to dealer visits. Discounted price (-18%) seemed to good to believe but nevertheless I took a leap of faith and placed my order after talking it through with Aniello (Neil) from Corts. He was super helpful and made me feel at ease with ordering this way. Due to the current climate of delays in new car supply I waited 8 months for its arrival. There is nothing Corts could do accept re assure me that the order was in and would be fulfilled as soon as Hyundai can produce within the current climate. During my wait I exchanged several calls and emails with Aniello and his colleague Steve. We shared a few laughs along the way to which was a pleasant experience and great customer support. Remember it's difficult for these guys too. They want to supply you with your car but are governed by manufacturer delays. Anyway fast forward to yesterday & viola my shiny new Tucson was delivered exactly as promised. The whole experience of purchasing this way was a very good experience and totally reliable. What's not to like. No travelling around dealers grovelling for a discount without much success. Just an easy straightforward online order or telephone if you prefer. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. If your looking for a great price, no hassle, and really nice guys to deal with then do yourself a favour and give Aniello a call at Corts before you buy.

8/10/2022 Update on this review for those that are still not sure of going this route for their purchase. The V5c Log book arrived today exactly as promised. Everything is in perfect order and I am more than chuffed with my whole experience.

My New Hyundai Tucson Ultimate,
First I was bit unsure about Cort Vehicle Discounted Company Once I spoken with Neil he explain me all the process it was very help full, I part exchange my old car he offered me good money for my part exchange against Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Placed order in end of December 2021,it was 8 months wait finally Received my new Hyundai Tucson Ultimate on 6th September 2022, I drove the car from Manchester to Falkirk Scotland had no issues next day Neil call me to find out if i like the car I was so happy I can't thanks’ enough. I had No issues at all with Neil Cort Vehicle Contracts Ltd. Simple way of buying a new car & saving money without having the usual wrangling's with main dealers.

After waiting for a van that kept getting delayed I contacted Mike about a van I had seen, he came back to me with all the information I required, the van was delivered yesterday to my door just as described only a few days after enquiring . Excellent service throughout I would definitely come back if I needed another van and will be recommending the company.

As with most reviews regarding Cost Contracts, the service I received was excellent. I had to wait an unbelievable 1 year 1 day from ordering my Skoda Octavia to actually receiving it but having worked for 35 years in the car industry, I totally understand having to wait for parts, etc - My Octavia has got a few extras. Still, having had it for nearly 4 weeks and still getting used to the latest technology, I am pleased with my purchase. Steve kept me updated with the situation and apart from the waiting time (which was out of Corts hands) the whole process was easy, smooth and hassle free. Having found Corts on line, I was a little sceptical as to how much cheaper they were than other 'car discounters' but having dealt with the company now, I feel like I've found the golden ticket in a Willie Wonka chocolate bar. Therefore, I have no hesitation in not only recommending Courts, but urging prospective car buyers not to look anywhere else!

Great business to buy a new car from Neil helpvall the way and kept me informed.
Will certainly go back to purchase further cars.
