company appeared to make up refund policies with me as they went along and refused to give a full refund when this was never made clear

I purchased their standard corona sdk product after the website told me they would provide a refund within 5 business days if not happy.

When I found it wasn't suitable for me and requested the refund they then told me there was a handling/admin fee of 10%. This was listed absolutely nowhere in their product or website terms and conditions! When I told them this they ignored my email. When chased they simply ignored again. Totally unprofessional and disgraceful service.
