I have my statement fr. Sept 12,2018 I have the invoice for the amt. & the total was $25.72. 7/21/2018 was $17.41 plus invoice 1846126 of $ 8.31, I paid that amt. I just receive another statement for Oct.15,2018 saying I owe $43.13 same date 3/21/2018 & they were sending me collections. I have both invoices & no where fr Sept. 12/2018 did it say that I owe $ 25.72 for the same date 3/21/2018. How did it go fr. $8.31 to $25.72 on the same date. If I am sent to collections I will sue Cornerstone Medical Services-Midwest. I only owe $17.41 for Oct. 15/2018

I will not even give this place a 1 star, -5 if I could. EVERY time I order medical supplies I get double charged and then when I call them about it they give me very sorry answers about not falling on such n such date or many others that made no sense at all for I pay my bills on time every month in full. Further more the "managers" dont call back or a very rude when they do. I have had to file complaints with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office for a second time now, The first time I won of course and the charges were removed. I feel for those that dont catch this or are to old or sick to deal with these people. I cannot wait until I can move on from this very terrible company as they have made my life much more difficult rather than help a patient get the help he needs. I hope no one ever uses this company and it shuts its doors. If I had the money and time I would file a class action lawsuit against this company and their exceptionally terrible billing practices and horrible customer service on the billing side of the company. Please Beware of these vultures! I never write reviews but could not hold back my thoughts and experience with this place. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
