I recently sold my property through Corley Estate Agents and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Moving home is known to be one of the most stressful things one can experience so it’s essential that you have the right estate agent on board. Mark and Helen at Corley estate agents were simply brilliant throughout the whole process. They were professional, helpful and courteous, always giving honest advice and guidance from the outset. Their viewing booking system was efficient and convenient for us and we always received confirmation emails and feedback. A sale was agreed at our asking price within the first two weeks of marketing and the office kept us informed of the sale progress right up to completion. I cannot recommend them more highly and having had experience with many estate agents in the past, we wish that every estate agent could follow their excellent example. Absolutely fabulous service. Personal and professional. Always returned calls. Particularly liked the fact that the viewings were done by Mark, and he always followed up afterwards. Helen was always happy to help - I had a personal service which was successful and I would highly recommend using this estate agent.

Mark and his team have been very professional and realistic throughout the sale of my property. Mark has a very good knowledge of properties around the local area, he is always available for a chat - I would recommend him and his team highly - he is very hard working and has many contacts for things like EPCs and gas safety checks!

I have used Chorley’s to sell 2 properties and I can honestly say that they are extremely efficient, honest, and transparent. Using Chorley’s verses, a commercial agent is a no brainer. What you get with Chorley’s is someone who goes the extra mile to get your house sold and follows up with you every step of the way.
Mark and Helen helped me navigate selling my 2 houses during a very difficult time, but I felt like I was constantly “ahead of the curve” in every step of the process, which was entirely due to Mark’s thoroughness and dedication.
